    Exclamation Slots Jackpot: no pay, Support non-responsive

    A player came to us with an issue where they had won €9000 at slots. The casino paid some of it then locked the player out and wouldn't respond to phone, chat or email. This went on for eight months before the player filed a Pitch-A-Bitch. We tried several times to get a response from the casino but they completely ignored us.

    As it happens this casino is Rival, licensed in Curaçao, owned by Bonne Chance NV. Many of these are Rival white labels and are listed in the Rogue Pit.

    Warning: Slots Jackpot is confiscating winnings without explanation and refusing to discuss player issues. Players are advised to avoid this casino.
