A player came to us with an issue where the casino had denied a withdrawal citing insufficient WR, issued and mailed a check for it anyway, approved then denied a subsequent withdrawal attempt (after the additional WR had been fulfilled) on the grounds that the player had "failed to report a false credit", closed the player's account and then canceled the original check leaving the player with nothing plus charges from the bank for a stopped check.

When we attempted to contact the casino they ignored several such attempts and finally told the player "your check will be paid after 6 months from your last deposit" with no explanation or compensation for the stopped check.

Warning: Wagerunit is bungling withdrawals, confiscating winnings without justification, and cancelling payment checks without warning. Attempts to raise player issues are being ignored. Players are advised to avoid this casino.
