Casino-for-me: no-pay for unspecified Terms

In this case the player case to us some six weeks ago for assistance with a no-pay situation. The short story is that the player had racked up €10,000+ on winnings from bonus offers but the casino refused to pay on the grounds that the player had, in all cases, violated the Terms. Upon investigation it came out that several players had had problems with the bonus terms and they were subsequently pulled. We asked what the troublesome Terms were and were quoted something from memory.

We asked to see the original Terms and were told those would be made available to us. We waited, nothing came, asked again, were quoted the same recollected Terms but this time they were presented as a quote from the original text. We asked to see the original text and were told that this issue had gone on long enough and that we could not expect further cooperation on this matter.

Warning: Casino-for-me is changing Terms & Conditions without warning and denying player winnings as they see fit. When challenged they are unwilling or unable to produce the original Terms which players had agreed to. Finally they are not cooperating with Casinomeister in our attempts to resolve the issue.
