Player came to us with the following issue:

We tried to raise the issue with the casino and the casino CEO several times received nothing, not even an acknowledgment, in return. Warning: FirstRoyalCasino.biz is approving payments and reporting them complete but never actually paying the player. We advise players to avoid FirstRoyalCasino.biz until further notice.

In spite of the fact that we never did get a reply from these guys -- other than a complaint from them more than a month later complaining about being Rogued -- we have been told, and confirmed, that the player was paid. Warning withdrawn.
That done I have to say this: casinos who don't reply to us or the players are shooting themselves in the foot. Without communications on these issues we can only assume that the casinos are either too screwed up to respond or unwilling to do so. In either case a Warning is where these things end up.

Ok, it appears I was mistaken when I said we got a complaint "from them". It seems that the complaint came from the software provider, B3W, and it was apparently them that paid the player not First Royal. And apparently "B3W stopped contracting with First Royal Casino operators".
Ok, so it was B3W that did the right thing here, not the casino, in which case the Warning against the casino should stand but reference to B3W should be removed. Complicated business.
