Warning Jon Wood Poker: Casinomeister Warning

A player came to us after their deposit plus a small bonus disappeared from their account. Customer Support reported that Jon Wood himself had removed the deposit though no explanation was available or forthcoming. The player turned the case over to us but all attempts to raise the issue with Jon Wood (jon@jonwoodgaming.com) and/or Customer Service were ignored.

Warning: Jon Wood Poker is apparently confiscating player deposits without cause or explanation. Customer Service is available but ineffectual. Nobody is responding to the player's issues. The bottom line is that it appears player funds are simply being stolen and no recourse is being offered. Avoid Jon Wood Poker.
