    Top Speed Poker: Casinomeister Warning

If you're currently an active player at Top Speed Poker (http://www.topspeedpoker.com/) I'd advise extreme caution.

We've had an outstanding complaint with them for two months now and I haven't received a single message from a real human in that time.

If you report something to support@topspeedpoker.com you get an automated response saying that your issue has been forwarded to Dynamic Gaming Systems for handling. If you try to enter DGS to look at your ticket you'll get a lot of database errors and not much else.

Emails to DGS to report the problems with the ticket system are ignored. In a week or so they'll simply delete your ticket. If you try to report this to Top Speed they'll generate another ticket for you and you're stuck in a loop.

    Emails to manager@topspeedpoker.com are ignored.

All this adds up to one big fat red flag that says: WARNING!

    Regards,
    Max Drayman
