Did you ever have a Red Flush account GM? They might be cross-marketing as the domain playlavida.com is regged to stargaze media (instra) who also own the actual casino domain, casinolavida.com.

They should make it clear they are sending the invite because of an existing account at Red Flush, otherwise it looks & feels like spam, and will have a NEGATIVE effect on a player who is already plagued by casino spam. Many are NOT now just deleting it, but are REPORTING it to their ISP's and/or email providers. Enough complaints about a particular sending domain will get it blacklisted, and then even the GENUINE mailers will be blocked as spam.

None of the above applies here however, so just HOW is GrandMaster receiving this spam (and it IS spam now, not "cross marketing"), which appears to be coming DIRECTLY from the casino, and NOT from an affiliate.

Im getting this same SPAM every other day.

I can tell you it does nothing to inspire me to trust Casino La Vida.

    Why?

Well, I have an account at Red Flush. So, if the want to tell me about this new casino using the account details I provided to Red Flush then it should have been an email something like this:

    Sender: Red Flush
Subject: 'Red Flush brings you a Brand New Casino' or 'Introducing Casino La Vida'
Content: Red Flush is proud to bring you a new casino etc etc blah blah

Now, if I received this I would be saying "Cool - Red Flush are a good outfit and its great they have told me about it Ill give them a try" and it would instill some instant trust in the new casino.

However, when I'm sent something with a subject "519 in your account" and I find out their actually ISNT $519 in my account because its just a ploy to get me to open the email like SPAMMERS use it just makes me ANGRY . Casino management should know better.

A bad start IMO, and Im sure there are others who were just as annoyed as I was. As a result, Ive decided not to play there.
