Is RTG Attempting To Be Accountable Or Is This Just Another Lie?

In my ongoing research into RTG and the crooked casinos that use their software, I came across CDS Corporation Ltd.

This site is advertised on RTG's homepage and states:

CDS will act as mediator between players and Hasting's licensees - click on the logo above to be re-directed to the CDS resolution website.

And on the CDS page:

Welcome to the Central Disputes System.

When submitting a claim, please take the time to be thorough when entering your information. Once we receive your request for an investigation, we will contact the operations involved and likely enlist the help of RealTime Gaming in researching your claims. For this reason we ask that you be patient and refrain from any further activity on the accounts listed until the dispute is resolved. Any further activity on your part could delay the results of our investigation. Typically this process takes about three weeks but can take twice that depending on the volume of play or the number of operations involved.

Before submitting your claim we ask that you review the Terms and Conditions of the operations involved to be sure you understand the rules in effect while you were playing. To file a dispute, click here.

*The Payout Investigation Program is open to all players using RealTime Gaming software that abide these rules of the program:

*All information submitted must be complete, including, but not limited to the list of all RTG licensed sites at which you have played, and the player IDs that you have used at those sites.

*You may not submit false, misleading or incomplete information, nor have you submitted false, misleading or incomplete information to any site at which you have played.

*Your account must be free from chargebacks.

*You must have been 21 or older when deposits or wagers took place.

*You may be required to send a faxback form directly to the Payout Investigation Program to complete the investigation of your claim.

*Credit cards used to make deposits to your account must be registered in your name.

*You must have abided by all rules at casinos at which you have played.

This seems to be a (new) legitimate complaint process for depositing players who have been scammed by RTG clients however I have run the site trace a few times and I keep getting different end results:

So four identical traces yield four different results, yet they seem to be showing that this 'complaint process' is actually being operated by ClubUSACasino and BetMaxCasino.

This has set off a thousand red flags in my mind and now I trust RTG even less than I did an hour ago.

Perhaps someone with more knowledge of 'behind the scenes' operations could shed some light on this.

Central Disputes is the licensing agency that deals specifically with RTG casinos - that's why you are getting similar IPs. Central Disputes is a third party that oversees RTG contracts. If an RTG casino breaches a contract, then the agency has the power to yank the license.

Really? Then why are The Virtual Casino Group, Acerevenue Casinos, etc. still allowed to operate if this IS a legitimate third-party process and they have that kind of power?

...and the trace was made using the exact same IP address (200.122.168.237) each time, but gave four different results.

CDS is just the latest in a series of 'dispute channels' that RTG has offered - it succeeded, I think the name was Hastings or something like that.

In my personal experience you'll be lucky just to get through (it depends on which operator site you try and click through from) and if you do I have yet to receive a response.

RTG don't have the best record in the industry for handling player disputes.

But perhaps other members here have enjoyed a better response? I'd really like to hear about their experience if they have.

I have always gotten responses from them but was never successful. I complained against casinos such as Prism and Cool Cat but they always sided with the casinos.

Most of these casinos are on the accredited list.

As chuchu59 has found out, CDS will only work for the associated casinos, not, as they claim

CDS will act as mediator between players and Hasting's (read RTG) licensees

so the rogues still remain untouchable.

Out of curiosity, what was the nature of the complaints?

Was it a general complaint about their rogue behavior or was it something specific that happened to you?
