New RTG casinos are required under contract to pay palyers xx dollars per month and will/ could loose their license if the do not. Keep in mind some of these older RTG's are most likely under a different license agreement and RTG might not be able to do much about it until the contract expires.


Or they don't care and want the money maybe, especially if it is say 300k a month in fees...

Who knows, but is good to think about this issue from all sides.
