I think the real discussion here is whether Gamtrak's promoting rogue sites is a conflict of interests, whilst having an account and posting here on Casinomeister as well.

My view is that however much we may dislike Gamtraks practices, I feel as long as he is not directly peddling his filth on Casinomeister then it is fine. As I can not see how Casinomeister with his large membership could ever enforce members who are affiliates to stop promoting rogue sites.

It is unpaletable, but fortunatly repuatation points at Casinomesiter can never buy morals.

that is not the answer for HER to pay anyone any money that they lost
if that was the case I am sure we all would be seeking payment from some one an it isnt gonna happen

as far as I can remember SHE has promoted them an said she was gonna stop an SHE never did remove them the money is to green for her to remove them

As of this point I have sent emails to Godaddy (Gamtraks domain registrar), Cogentco (the ISP) and the FBI all detailing the fact that Robin/Gamtrak promote and benefit from these crooked casinos.
I will continue to send as many emails, and file as many complaints as I can until Gamtrak are dead.

UNLESS GAMTRAK ARE WILLING TO REIMBURSE MY NEIGHBOUR AND MYSELF FOR THE MONEY THAT THE VITUAL GROUP WERE ABLE TO STEAL FROM US, THANKS TO GAMTRAK'S LIES AND DECEPTION, I WILL FOLLOW THEM TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH UNTIL THEY NO LONGER EXIST.

Can I suggest you channel that aggression towards the casino group? Contact their ISP, the FBI etc etc about therm. It seems more logical to go to the source as they are the ones that took the money.

Perhaps the only way to get people to stop advertising for/promoting rogue casinos is for there to be consequences for such actions.

Agreed. People pulling stunts like that are only fueling the fire for people trying to get online gambling banned in the US.

So I'm now out $25 of my money but, more importantly, I have lost face in front of my friend and neighbour who is now out $250.

So it appears that your beef is all about your personal loss?

How about thinking about the big picture, meaning all the other players besides yourself who get ripped off by this group? Perhaps you could think about channeling your personal anger at gamtrak into something that would benefit all players instead of singling out just one person.
