Hiya: I just don't get it? Yea yea yea, things go wrong, Casino's make mistakes, Players make mistakes, you get disconnected at your end, you get disconnected at their end, There is a glitch, and so on and so forth.

OnLine Casino's need to understand, that Land Based Casino's do things in a certain manner, and way, for a reason. and that, Pissing a Player off is about the worse thing you can do.

In a Real Casino, if the Player says, "You made a mistake, I won that bet", the Dealer NEVER Says, "To Bad, I already cleared the chips, and there is nothing we can do about it".

What happens is, depending on the game being played, The dealer will go back and turn the cards over, and see that 7-8-4-2, = 21, and the player was right, and did win, or that 7-8-4-3, = 22, and that the player added wrong, and really did bust.

In other games, like Roulette, If the Dealer clears the chips, #25 hit, and the player was betting the 3rd Dozen, and says, "Hey, i won, and i always bet the 3rd dozen". The dealer calls the pit boss over, and says, "I think he had a bet on the 3rd dozen, he usually does, and i accidently took his chip away without paying him". %90 of the time the Pit Boss will say, "Pay Him".

I say %90, as the other way to confirm is to simply call upstairs and look at the tape from the camera. I have never seen this done, but i guess if it was a large bet being disputed, this is what they would do.

No matter who's fault it is, no matter what you are doing on the Internet, once in a while you will get disconnected. There is suppose to be a WRITTEN policy in place that tells you what the procedure is if/when this happens.

This protects both the Casino, and the Player.

LOVETOWINALOT..i was playing sicbo in AC i was playing the same #'s and at some point decided to put some money on the big #'s coming..well it came about 4 times in a row..i didnt remember i was playing it until the guy called over the pit boss and said someone keeps winning but i dont know who's money it is...that is when i realized i made the bet, but was busy playing my normal #'s..i told them that is my bet and that they could check the camera and see that i put it there and never picked it up. the dealer remembered that i did place a bet there and the pit boss said give it to her..after that i stuck to my normal #'s..didnt even look at the cameras
