Buzzluck Casino - Poor Quality Docs Issue

I made a deposit at buzz luck casino , made playthur with $400 left. sent in my documents and was told that they are poor quality. what a bunch of c*ap.I scanned the utility bill ( it wasn't straight ) and my lisence was only half my screen. you got to be kidding if they not accept them because of that. there good enough for bingo sites. I think there just like all the rest of the casinos out there a rip off.am going to try 1 more time , by the way this is my 3rd attempt. has anyone else had any trouble with them? and is there a casino rep for this casino?? thank you

It is part of Club World. They are a good group. There is a Club World rep on here. You will get your money. I would just make sure that the copies can be read. Are you emailing or faxing? If you are emailing then print out what you are attaching and look to see if they are legible. If you are faxing then of course quality can go down.

Have you any accounts at the other Club World casinos ie Club World, Aladdinsgold, Lucky Red, High Noon or Manhattan Slots? If so, and you had sent them docs which were verified you might not need to resend as Buzzluck is from the same group and one set of docs throughout the whole group should suffice.

Yet again an issue of poor communication that leads to the player trying again and again because they have had to GUESS the nature of the problem. It seems that "poor quality" is being interpreted to mean the document wasn't quite straight when put into the scanner, or the license was placed incorrectly, or needs to be magnified.

Unfortunately, NONE of the above are the REAL issue, so no matter how many times the OP tries, the documents will be rejected.

The most common factor is the settings on the scanner. Most scanners work like cameras "point and shoot" mode, where the device takes care of choosing the settings and the user often has no idea that there is a choice at all. The best solution is to override the scanner's automatic mode and force 300dpi, or "photo" mode. It is likely that it is automatically selecting 150dpi "document mode" for both the utility bill and the ID, leading to a poor quality image. Some casinos will accept this, others won't.

The difference between the two modes can be striking.

I see you live in Reno. That is win and walk out the door with the money territory. I think if I lived there with regulated slot payouts I would not even gamble online.
