I think we need to remember that as regulars here, many visiting every day, we may have a different perspective to that of the average casino rep, who may appreciate the value of interaction, but has a host of other duties (and maybe other websites) that need to be monitored and cultivated.
I would imagine that CM is probably in the top 5 of any sites a rep needs to check regularly, especially in view of the fact that Bryan has made interaction both easy and practical for the reps, and the moderators are fair and reasonable.
I therefore find it strange when reps do not engage with players here on issues troubling them as individuals or as a group...that sort of interaction makes the solution of problems much easier at an early stage, serving the interests of both parties, after all. And being present and communicative gives both the rep and his casino a more human face and helps keep contentious topics in perspective, giving balance to discussions.
There is also the important question of professionalism; it is both amateurish and discourteous to disregard business communications, and that's something that many online organisations and individuals apparently have yet to learn.
