Unhappy No Payout on Winnings/Closed MY ACCount for Complaining

I was playing at all the casinos that tie into Plenty Jackpots, but had won a Random Jackpot at Plenty Jackpots for $5,500.00 and they took my information, I filled out for a wire transfer because they said that was the only way I could be paid. On their site, under rules and regulations, it shows that you will be paid after documents sent are approved by wire transfer within 3-4 days. I figured it would probably take about two weeks total for the approval of documents and the wire transfers which had to be broken down into two. I requested the Withdrawal wire transfers on the 20th of August, documents were approved by the 28th of August, and by September 11th, I still had no wire transfers, and kept getting the same excuses over and over, we are paying out a lot of winners, backed up, will receive an email, yadda yadda, yadda. Well, by the next evening, their morning, I called again, because they told me to keep calling back. They said the same thing, were rude, I got angry, told them I may have to look into reporting their site as a fraudulent site due to nonpayment of fair winnings I won. Next thing I knew, they locked me out of all my accounts with all their casino sites and kept my money and basically said screw you. I had kept emails of all conversations to the effect of my winnings, and had them emailed to me everytime I was online speaking with someone from one of their casinos directly online from their site. Can anyone please, please help me get my rightful winnings? It is a total of $5,650.00 because in one of the sites, I had deposited money of 150.00, and they took that too when they locked me out. Plus they were charging me $100.00 for the two wires I never received. Please, someone tell me how I can get my money or file charges against people like this and get them kicked off the internet or get justice. Thanks, glad to know I am not the only one in this position, however, sad to know how many people actually do get taken by places like this.

Plenty Jackpots?!?! Ouch. Good luck with that, you most likely won't see a dime of your money. I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but with that group, which is the roguiest of rogues, you probably will not be paid anything. They are also known for keeping deposits.

Double Ouch. I'm afraid you have had it with this casino.
Its a very harsh painful lesson to learn. Never deposit until you research the casino. Just stick with the accredited ones or try a search in this forum. Put it aside and move on.

FWIW Please see Casinomeister's "No Can Do" List (http://www.casinomeister.com/no-can-do-list.php) where you'll find PJ listed along with the other casinos in that group, which is Curgam Malta btw.

See also the Warning we posted regarding these guys: Curgam Malta Ltd, avoid all casinos in this group.

What a Scam Group they must be

I definately would dispute the charge on your credit card advising that you didn't receive the goods/service you were charged for. Atleast you can get your deposit back but only can do this if less than 60 days on charge cards and 90 days if debit card. This is not considered a charge-back but instead it is considered a dispute and the company that submitted the charge can provide evidence that you received what they billed you for; but they won't. The processor will recoop the money from the casinos account. That is perfectly fair. You might want to first contact the casino and advise them of your intent. Perhaps they will decide to do the right thing.

The OP is advised to PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION in following such advice. Doing this the wrong way could get you flagged as a fraud risk, blacklisted and barred from casinos.

And that just shows that there is definitely something VERY wrong with this whole industry, once again.
A Casino steals a players money....once again, and the player is adviced to proceed with extreme caution, in trying to at least get the money back, that he initially gave to these crooks, or risk being called a fraudster by the industry as a whole ?
I really seriously am beginning to wonder, why anyone puts money into this.

Why do you? Seems a fair question to ask.

Given that these are crooks, is there any alternative other than a chargeback? Do we simply let our money be stolen and do nothing about it? Of course one should have done some research before depositing but since damage has already been done and goods undelivered so to speak why does the op still have to pay up. Unless there is another way out a chargeback should not be entirely ruled out as a method to get back the money.

I've never heard of this casino. Of course a quick Goggle search with the word complaints added yields bad news.

It sucks to win so much then realize there's no chance in hell of getting it.
