You are wrong. Aladdin's Gold and Club World Group are one of the best casino groups out there for us. My w/d from them are handled efficiently and quickly. Checks and ACH service is all within 5-7 business days tops.
That's assuming you have provided all the correct documentation to support your identity and ownership of the credit cards or other options used to fund your deposits.
Cut them some slack and they will do what's right. Follow the rules and you will get your money.

An OP crying "scam" or making accusations against a reputable operator with no proof, and only telling half the story.
If I was Club World, I would refund their deposits and close their account - nobody should have to put up with that crap. However, CW has proven to be very professional over the years when dealing with such issues and I know they will pay if all is OK e.g. the student clause issue where they treated the complainant with integrity and professionalism in the face of unfair accusations and criticism from many people, even though the OP was in the wrong the whole time.

Do these rogue casinos have CSR who actually give a shit and try to help or leave you hanging for long periods of time until you get so angry you disconnect? Do they answer emails when you query a question? Do they have an active rep on casinomeister forum who will answer questions even when they get bombarded with enough negativity it would make a sane person want to crawl under a rock and never come out again? If you have answered no to any/ all of these questions, then be thankful you have the likes of clubworld and iNetBet to deal with. Making an unfair complaint, or not chatting the way you would like costumers to chat, does not give you the right to steal their money, if won fair and square.
What they COULD do, was pay the sucker, and THEN delete his account....which is probably what I would have done in this case, if he's acting rude.

Out of this you get if Nifty was a casino operator it would be for a rogue casino because they would be stealing money or not chatting in a correct manner?

Lahutti is saying that because Nifty said that he would close the account and refund the deposit for the OP making a post like he did. I am assuming nifty means void out the winnings. I do have to admit that posts like the OP's are very easy to ready and very entertaining. Yes it not fair to the casino but, I probably wouldnt visit the site if it weren't for the wide spectrum of colorful posts and people.

Not only they did that telling me they can actually apply new terms on me.
They refused at second chat to give thechat transcript, and although I was not rude and nice to them in the chat they hanged up on me, and I got a message the chat was disconnected although it was obvious to me it was in purpose.

I don't believe that CS should have to tolerate abusive players. But being a nasty or overly emotional person when you are not paid quickly enough is no reason to void winnings.
Nifty suggest if he was the casino operator, he'd behave in a rogue manner. I'm glad that CWC cleared up that the OP hadn't been waiting two weeks, it puts things in a little perspective. And LaHutti was quite right to point out that Nifty's suggested course of action would be rogue.
And to the OP, a little politeness usually gets more cooperation from anyone that has your funds. If they need ID docs, provide them.

Personal vendettas aside, there is no reason why winnings should be confiscated and only deposits returned even if players are hurling abuse at casino staff. However, I agree with Nifty that they have the choice to close the player's account for this very reason. The casino should exercise 'duty of care' for its staff and protect them from unwanted elements. How I wish my employer could have done this for me and fired abusive staff so that I wouldnt be dangling in mid-air. OK, no more derail from me but at the same time hopefully no more wrangling. Just regard it as a gift to me to celebrate the anniversary of my stroke will ya?

FWIW, I've seen transcripts of the OP's chats with CWC reps and they would be fully justified in throwing this person to the curb for his outrageously abusive behaviour. Seriously, from what I've seen that person has issues that need professional attention. Customer Service or not, no one should have to endure that kind of foul and hateful attack. If he walked into a normal place of business and did this he'd be walking out under police restraint. And no, I'm not joking.
AFAIK this is pure speculation -- based entirely on a reader's post if I'm not mistaken -- and has NOTHING to do with how the casino is actually handling the player's case.
That said, I respectfully ask everyone here to chill out. Winding this up over nothing is counter-productive in the extreme. As I understand it the OP's withdrawal is a work in progress, so let it progress. If it takes a bit longer than usual then the OP has no one to blame but himself because he is being utterly uncooperative and making CS's dealings with him as unpleasant as he possibly can.

Max, I am not speculating but rather respnding to Nifty's comment that a casino should refund the deposits and close the account in question meaning winnings would be confiscated. The former course of action is classified as rogue behaviour whereas the latter should be adopted for protection of employees. Just my 2c.

Personally I don't see that any useful purpose is being served by the hypothetical discussion. If folks would like a separate topic to discuss "Nifty's Imaginary Casino" then I'm sure we could accommodate that but massively derailing this topic to go there seems way off track, IMO. Especially since it's not really a discussion about that, it's just another unasked-for round of "Fight Club With Nifty". More than a few of us are sick to death of these slagging sessions regardless of who "started it". I suggest this one stop, now, before it goes any further.

Hi, its been at least a week now since Alladins Gold should have paid me and they havent. They keep saying 48 hours as my cashout and documents are approved but its been way longer than that. I phoned my lawyer and he said he couldnt do anything about it, I contacted neteller and they have not answered me yet and ecogra.org said i should contact you and gave me another option as well. I dont know what to do and im frustrated more by this as i owe money to some people thereby me getting paid is more important than if I didnt. What do I do? On the net i see Alladins gold is a famous casino but then they should be able to make fast payouts.
Any help would be accepted thanks.

If you have met T&C and your ID is cleared and you cooperate and stop being abusive to casino CS, you will get paid by AG. I think you know this. I think you post here to 'badger' Tom and the CW casinos into paying. I don't think, in this instance, it will speed anything up. And just because you owe money doesn't make your cashout any more or less important to anyone but you. (I could go off on one of my rants here, but I won't. Gotta get ready for work. LOL)

Max ------ FWIW, I think you and Bryan are too tolerant sometimes. This guy has crossed the line enough with the forum and from what little you have said, with CWG as well. Time to be more protective of those that do stay in line, follow the rules and show respectful behavior that indicates he/others realize that membership here is a privilege, not a RIGHT. I appreciate all you do and so do many others. I hate seeing you bogged down with this type of issue. Perhaps time to be a bit more heavy handed.
