I have played a long time different casinos without any problems. This is my first time when i got problems.

I made a withdrawn of 1000 € in 30.5.2011 from Vegas Regal.

It has been processing statement over 2 weeks!

I will answer if this payment will be paid to me. But they seems not answer my affilate and casino support have answered few times to my asking about withdrawn "next week" but if I dont get this sum in this week I think you cant really be sure that u get winnings from Vegas Regal.

Those winnings I have Got only playing in my own money.

They have now restricted their banking options to just neteller and moneybookers meaning that if you have money in your account you may not withdraw other than these 2 methods. I won off a free chip but cannot withdraw as these 2 methods are of no use to me. Most white-label Rivals only have these 2 banking options left it seems.

As for your withdrawal, other than ThisisVegas, Rival casinos have nearly always paid but sometimes they are very slow. 2 years ago, when Nicolas Johnson was the casino manager of VR, once it took over 2 weeks for me to get paid. Rival casinos are severely underfunded but I believe you will eventually get your money.

You should not use a title with "warning", because it's an individual case between you and the casino with slow payment.

You showed us that they paid your winnings before so maybe you should be a bit more patient. If they don't pay you can consider filing a PAB.

I have been very patient becose I have waited now over 2 weeks this payment. How long I have to wait that I know do they pay or not? If they promise 4-5 days payments (business days)?

Funny thing is also that i made another withdrawn request 4 of june 2011. They paid this 400€ to me 9. of june. But not paid this larger sum which was request before.

You could reverse the €1000, and then withdraw as €300, €400, €300 - leaving a couple of days between each. It seems it is the size that has caused it to get stuck.

HUGE red flag that they are paying small but not large cashouts.

Along with only two banking options, I would say there is big trouble on the horizon for all of these places.

yep seconded. VRC imo were doomed when nick left them. At that time promotions went down the pan, free chips became meaner, "flushing" was no longer an option.

Rival casinos were to blame for a lot of problems when I gambled. They put me off taking bonuses at any casino in future because I could do well with a bonus, play for hours, be close to WR but always have a losing streak at the end.

I had to make a MB account on 1 occasion to cashout at a rival. It was the only time I used it and was more hassle than it was worth

I dont know what problem is with size becose 1000€ is max winnings what can withdraw one time.

Also I didnt know that I have problems becose I got already those 2 withdraws without problems.

I m still waiting but if they are not paying after this or next week... It seems that they are not paying anymore winnings...

Put if they pay I will also inform here...

Same thing happened to me that other "trusworthy" Rival casinos (box24 slotcash and so on) stopped giving any promotions after I won money from them. So I thought that Vegas Regal could doing better and could get more customers becose they are giving promotions even u win and if their payments are working well...

But I m not now sure are they paying or not... And if they are not paying I can recommend all players leaving from VR.
