    High Noon Withdrawal/Account Closure

    Hello,

Over the past year I have deposited over a thousand dollars at Club World Casinos and lost every penny of it. I have never charged back one cent of that money. Last week I deposited 250.00 into HighNoon and attempted to withdraw 2500. They asked for verification which i provided to them. The image quality wasn't good enough on the Credit card so I scanned it and sent them an email. I opened my account today to see if my account had finally posted the withdrawal and the account denies access. I talk to a customer service rep who told me he knew nothing and to contact the cashier. I called and the "cashier" department wasn't in and the rep knew nothing about why my account was frozen (find that difficult to believe). I then proceeded to send an email asking what the deal was. I got a response within a few hours saying my account had been deactivated for security reasons and that my initial deposit had been refunded. I assume this means that they also cancelled the withdrawal and voided any winnings as well. Trying to get an answer out of them is impossible and I asked what the status of my deposits are (the other 1000 dollars worth) and the withdrawal. I assume both answers will be the one deposit made was refunded (that resulted in running the account up to 2500) and that the withdrawal was cancelled. Do I have any recourse hear, because I'm guessing I'm just going to get a garbage answer from them.

CWC and High Noon are from the same group.

Important question: Did you take a signup/firstdepositbonus at High Noon ?
Because i believe it's not allowed to take one at this group if you already taken it at one of their other casino's.

If you don't get an answer, i believe they have a rep here who you can contact.

    Good luck!
... and proud of it !

    Bonus

I try to avoid all bonuses (mainly play blackjack where bonuses are often useless) and certainly don't have multiple accounts using multiple bonuses. I can log in and see messages but not go to the cashier or play or anything like that. I at least credit High Noon for acknowledging my existence I just wish I'd get a clear explanation what happened and why and most importantly, what I can do about it. By the way, I still show a balance of 25 cents at Lucky Red but am deactivated as well.

I think the best thing you can do is contact their rep HERE. This is the rep for the whole Club World Group, so also High Noon.

Be patient, it can take a while for them to respond, also because of the weekend.
... and proud of it !

Here you go, Kosmo. Send a PM to this person at the link I gave you. Hopefully they will help you figure this out. If not, quit posting and pursue a PAB, which if you look around you can find how to and the rules of doing a PAB.

    Update

Thanks for all your help and suggestions. I have received a message that my account is under management review and that I should call Monday. We'll see what happens I guess.

Not true. You can take the Initial signup bonus at each casino in the group. ONCE per casino.

@kosmo1234: please check your email, I've send you important information regarding the Pitch-A-Bitch you have submitted regarding High Noon Casino.

Also, please do read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ, noting in particular the following section:
Q: I have already, or would like to, post about my complaint on the message boards. Is that a good idea?
A: No, it is not a good idea. ...
... Because of the pressures involved a forum post on a given issue will usually derail any PABs that are in progress on that issue, and this is why we advise that forum posts be withheld until the PAB process has had a chance to run it's course.

We reserve the right to discard any PAB that where that same issue has been posted to the boards. This relates to threads started by, or contributions to other threads by, the person who filed the PAB. This applies equally to posts made before or after the PAB was filed. ...
