Still waiting for payment from Silver Oaks Casino

I depoited cash and played the Black Jack and Won $500 they approved the Withdraw on March 08,2011 and I was told it would be 10 to 20 days but as of this note I am still waiting. I have emailed servval time only to never get a response and then called and talked directl to them and was told that I should be recieving an email within 24 hours . So far no email and no funds recieved any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to say you will probably be waiting a lot longer, probably forever. Took me 6 weeks to get $75 out of them. Need to find an affiliate that promotes them to help you. Or so like I did, aggravate the hell out of them. LOL!

I play at Silver Oak and it does take too long to get your dough. Very aggravating and they fail one of the first rules of business..."Take care of your existing customers and they will bring you more business." They try to do it right, but just don't get it that people won't put up with these delays and that they are in the doghouse because of this matter.

I've always been paid and I would bet that you will be too. Don't ask for a wire, have them send your money to QuickTender and have QT send it to your bank.

That is their excuse, no matter what casino in that group you play at. Keep on them, you will get your money in about a month or two.

Well I though I had finally go some attention but its now been a couple of day and again no reponses. I been told they has escallated this to the finance dept. I will just keep pouning them also they has spaned a new Casino called "Gold VIP Club Casino" be very aware same company
