    Instant payments

You know what. I am really sick of depositing my hard earned money at online casinos and then when it comes time for a payout getting the runaround and being made to wait for days or even hours. Its not good enough. I have made the effort to set up payment methods which deliver instant money to casinos, why can't they do the same for the players when they win. It is really not that hard. Anyone who deposits by Neteller, Moneybookers or any other e wallet than can accept payments should be able to have their winnings paid immediately. I can understand if you pay by credit card or take a bonus with a playthrough that this may take longer, but when you dont, as I do it should be instant. I have had enough. I have dropped all casinos that take more than 24 hours to payout, the latest being Sloto Cash. They always have paid me in 24 hours. It is now going on the 3 days and still no payout. Absolutley ridiculous. Not going to take it anymore. I now play at 4 Casinos only and all pay out instantly or in 24 hours or less.
I think if all players emailed their casinos and made a stand that this is what we want then attitudes might change. If we stop depositing at these places that take days to pay out then they might get the message. Accreddited or not

The longer they hold on to your money the longer the chance you'll play it back

Sloto is now 3 days? Thanks for letting us know. That is completely unacceptable, and what a disappointment.

I know the feeling. Had a 25 freebie at Pantasia with a 250.00 max payout and x15 wr. I made the playthrough and cashed out the money on Wednesday. Four days later and it's still reversible but that's not the kicker.

Friday, they sent me faxback forms to sign on all deposits I had made from two years ago..starting in February, 09. Five freaking pages with 28 signatures on each page that I had to sign to get a lousy 250.00

I scanned the pages and emailed it back to them. I got an email back saying someone would be looking at it in two to three business days. I can wait as I have no incentive to play back in the hopes of getting more cash.

The banks only go back 60 days to look at fraudulent charges so please tell me why they went back 2 years.

Question ---- when did you start the "clock" on this withdrawal? It is now Sunday 2/13 and none of the casinos I play at will process payments on the weekends. If you requested it Friday after cashier office closed, you could be going on 3 days, but not 3 business days for counting purposes of withdrawal time limits.

If you have found accredited casinos that pay instantly or < 24 hours any day of the week, please post here. I share frustration on wasted weekend hours not counting towards withdrawals. So if there is that perfect payout casino out there, I would love to know.

Otherwise, I am thinking you may be too harsh due to weekends being typically "sacred" no pay/ no processing days. I think we have to resign ourselves that only M-F "count".

I know its hard -- I have 6 pending withdrawals from Thursday and Friday from a variety of sites, but the clock for most doesn't even hit "Day 1" until Monday 2/14.

    FWIW

Being an established player you shouldn't even let them get away with that. My computer has no casinos on it. I'll look at some of the other ones I used to play at and see what the payout time is.

I used to cash out on Thursday and the money would be in quicktender the next morning or evening. It's stalling plain and simple as to what they're doing now. It's going to back fire on them...it's working for them now but players are going to go where they can get paid in a reasonable time frame.

We still pay withdrawals within 24 to 48 hours, we also process withdrawals on a weekend. An email was sent to breakstone explaining the sitution and a no deposit bonus was given as way of apology.

Sometimes we get things wrong but at the end of the day we try our hardest to maintain customer satisfaction.

Wow -- weekend processing! I have added that to my list of *features* I keep on each site. WTG.

Thanks also for participating on this forum and jumping in to help so quickly. Very refreshing and reinforces why I like to play at Slotocash.
