Not Sure Which Way to Go!

I apologize if this post is going to sound vague but since I am not sure which avenue to take i have to be careful how much i post.
I have been going back and forth with a casino group over an issue that is in my opinion absolute fraud.
I emailed back and forth for some time and finally smartened up and switched into investigation mode. My emails began to ask very specific questions and finally today the email came that now clearly shows this matter indeed to be fraudulent in nature. I am not sure if I should file a PAB or file with eCogra or go to their licensing authority or what?
Is it possible to send Casinomeister copies of all documents and get an opinion as to which route to take?
I really am wanting to pursue this matter but do not want to take a route that will end in it being swept under the proverbial rug!

Is there any reason _not_ to PAB?

Unfortunately sending me the documents and asking for an opinion doesn't have a lot of bearing on the case since (a) I'm not a documents expert and (b) it's the casino that needs to be satisfied with the documents not me.

If it's an Accred casino I would PAB without hesitation, after contacting the I-Gaming Forum Rep of course.

If it's a non-Accred casino -- in other words you'd use up your "One Free Shot" -- then I'd say it depends on how much is at stake here. Your call really.

Sorry so long in my reply but have been going round the mulberry bush with casino so wanted to wait till it reached absolute unresolvable! Can you give me the link to the accredited casinos list??
If I don't or can't file against them I will at minimum give players a heads up!

I don't want to be schoolmarmish - but you've been a member long enough to know where the Accredited Casinos list is. Hell, just look at Max's signature (and mine) and you just might see the link.

If this is an Accredited Casino, please PAB after contacting the rep. If not, then please go to eCOGRA and I'm sure Tex can help you out. Thanks!
