    My question to Casinomeister

As a preface, this will be my last post on CM, unless I am asked to post something more.

This is in reference to the past thread, which can be found here:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...-no-teeth.html

    CM,

To reply to your post, NO, I did not do a chargeback on the deposit. I didn't even deposit with a credit card - an Ewallet was my method of deposit. Its because of your accusing me of doing this that your statements are false and in ill manner.

I'm probably as suprised as you are regarding the results of the poll. And, to keep the playing field fair, I didn't even vote in it like I assume you and Max did.

My last question to you is this:

Are you willing to re-mediate a dispute with the casino, from a position that I am to recieve a refund of the deposit, but nothing more?

The fair-minded members of the community have spoken, and a majority do feel that how the situation has been handled up until now has not been appropriate.

Im sorry, I just dont see why you should get even your deposit back, CM closed that thread as the teeth just didnt bite into what you had posted, there was NO bite, just deception and insults.

Now had you been on the up and up and all the other BS had not have came into play, you would have had more backing from this forum and CM.

Sometimes as gamblers we just have to bow out with grace , a good gambler knows when its time to fold the cards and leave the table when they shout foul and are proved wrong.

I do wish you luck in your gaming ventures and hope this has taught you a well deserved lessen, dont mean to be harsh but thats just the way it is imo.

    The problem is the insults.

If I used such language in a public place, and in such a manner to someone else "just doing their job", I could be given a fixed penalty of £80 for a "Ssection 5 public order offence", or even arrested, night in the cells, and released with a lecture the next morning.

It seems Max and Bryan feel that you should willingly relinquish your $50 as a gesture of apology to the CS agent(s) you insulted. Then you can ask that Bryan shows mercy for your act of contrition by NOT throwing you out of the site.

You might have a LEGAL case for getting your $50 back, since a private company CANNOT take the law into it's own hands and issue "fines". Good companies often return the gesture, by giving the customer MORE than they are legally entitled to.

I ordered something online last week, but was sent the wrong item, a cheaper one. The company apologised, and said that not only will they send the correct item, but that I could keep the wrong one as a gesture of goodwill on top of their apology. Legally, their terms and conditions would require me to return the incorrect item in exchange for the correct one.

This incident may also steady you in future if you are tempted to call CS at another reputable casino "assholes".

If THEY had started it (insults), it would be a different matter.

Agree that you should get your 50 back.
Calling some CS donk an asshole is no reason to steal your money.

Boy Howdy, you really do have the balls to actually think Bryan or Max would ever willingly help you after all this BS?

You will be lucky to get your deposit back, period. You have burned your bridges with your attitude and it is probably best for you to move on. You have hopefully gotten smarter about how to deal with future problems on line or in your "real" world.

Since you asked, I'm not sure if they are willing to assist me or not. You and the few others who have commented here are entitled to your own opinions, of course, however the majority of those polled from the CM community do feel as if I should be denied my winnings and refunded my deposit amount. I think that this is something which is important to keep in mind when you voice your own opinions.

And as far as my attitude is concerned - please look over every comment and post I have made on this forum. I have never spoken with anything close to a tone of anger, nor have I been anything but respectful to members of the community. It is my opinion that much of the hostility which has been shown to me is due to the fact that this dialogue has been over the internet, as opposed to face to face.

I would be more understanding of your own tone if you were addressing a fraudster - someone who has made multiple accounts and is trying to cash on multiple bonuses, for example. However, I've clearly done nothing of the sort.

It is my opinion that I articulated my thoughts well in the post that I made here:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/407432-post66.html

Those thoughts apply in the same general sense as to what will be done after the vote as they did when it was being taken.

And finally, if you think I've addressed anything here poorly, please let me know and I will try to rectify it. Otherwise, I hope that you have a nice evening.

A courtly rogue he may be, but the equation is simple:

History of chargebacks + several failed PABs + dodgy documents = Scammer

If I were Bryan I would show him the door, but it ain't my call......I can only hope.

(As for the majority you mentioned - 14 vs 11 is hardly overwhelming)
