Hello all just registered its my second post so would apprecite the advice of more experienced members on this.

I registered with jackpotcity casino in of January and made 2 deposits totalling over 1300gbp.
I refused the bonus as I didn't want to be tied to any wager requirements.
I played for a while 2 hours at blackjack only and stopped at a balance of over 1800gbp and withdrew.
A few days later I was asked to provide notarized copies of ID which I did signed and stamped by solicitors in England.
Later that night I joined the live help on jackpotcity.com and was told my casino account had been closed and that I would only receive my original deposits back and said that they were not willing to offer any reason.
I have yet to receive my original deposits back and am really worried can you help me please.
I have behaved respectfully and proper and feel like I have been treated poorly by this casino.

quote from casino live help

"Thank you for waiting. As per Casino Managements decision we have decided to refund you with all your deposits as we did not want to experience any negativity in this regard. As per the casinos Terms and Conditions it does state that Casino management can make this decision and seize any further communication."

It is unacceptable for a casino to close down an account without giving the player a good reason.

Do you have a history of "bad behavior", like chargebacks or anything? (on any casinos in the past)

No bad history

I have around 1 month a year where I have a casino month this year it was between 20th dec - 20th jan

I joined a handful of casino's and did not take the bonus in all but 1

I did not take the bonus in jackpotcity

I really can't think of any reason at all why they would deny me my winnings.

I really did not think casino's could actually do this wiithout a really good reason

Jackpotcity is part of the Belle Rock group, and they ARE on the accredited list. You need to contact the casino rep first before you submit a PAB (I gave you the link to the rep in the other thread you mentioned this). Also, before you get your hand slapped, cross posting is a no no, you've now posted about this in 3 threads...
