    Hello all,

I hope that everyone is well and wish everyone a Happy New Year.

I know that things have been very difficult in the last few weeks and we have a lot of dissatisfied and frustrated players, and rightly so. I don't deny that the situation hasn't been an unfortunate one and apologize to all of the players that have been caught up in this.

This is not something that we wanted to happen, by any means, and have been doing all we can in order to fix the issue as soon as we could, but it has taken time.

I am however happy (and relieved) to report that the issue has been fixed and all withdrawals that have been approved are being sent out on a daily basis. As much as can be processed, is being processed. There is of course quite a backlog of withdrawals to be processed and sent, so they are being sent out in batches according to the date of the approved withdrawal/s.

A lot of withdrawals have already been sent out so if you haven't received your monies yet, then they are either on their way or about to be processed within the next few days. Please bear in mind that wires will take several days to be received in your bank accounts from the time of being processed from our side, so the wait isn't over, I know, but you can be assured that it will reach you as soon as we can get it to you now.

I would like to take this opportunity to offer my sincere apologies on behalf of the company and thank everyone for their patience.

    Kind regards,

    Louise

There could be a bunch of different reasons for that. Could be different payment methods. Different countries, banks and so on. It looks like people are getting paid and as Louise stated "the wait isn't over" but it is close to over.

I wouldn't be giving up hope if I were you, I would be getting excited that I was about to get paid! cheer up, you should see my ewx account and I have no idea whats going on there.

After reading the other posts, I'd gladly pay you 80c on the $1 for your rushmore debt. So, the point is, do not worry

Now, EWX, that's a different story

Thanks to both of you...feel a little bit better now. I have only used EWE once a few months ago. I guess I should know what is going on there, but don't. Can you give me just a quick snyopsis? Also, just started using QuickTender. Any problems there?

So far, QT is good, but these wallets are always uncertain.
EWX: money is "frozen" since mid November. I have no idea what that means, other than no one, including operators, can use that money, although the website is still operational. Story going around was that US gov't is responsible, but this story is highly uncertain due to no press releases etc. Could also be embezzlement, theft, etc. I'm hoping for a bit of resolution there in the new year, but I'm not overly optimistic

“We regret to inform you that we are no longer able to continue service at this time due to a Federal warrant issued to seize our funds”. Now EwalletXpress is stating that anyone who is owed money can request a transfer to their checking accounts and all monies owed will be transferred once “technical issues are resolved”. Are they kidding? Why are they still talking about “technical issues”? Can you trust that they are telling the truth about the transfers when in the same sentence they are still using the same excuse that they were weeks ago when we all know they were lying? Customers should be enraged over the treatment they received during this process and should find it hard to trust any online payment option in the future.

I think they have mixed this up. It is OPERATORS that were told the truth, not PLAYERS, who are STILL being fed the BS about "technical issues" when they inquire about the problem. They are then told that if they no longer want to wait for the issues to be resolved, they can request a withdrawal of their funds.

Operators are also "toeing the line" by NOT revealing to players what is going on. One operator posted here "I cannot comment" when pressed on what they actually knew about this.
The original story came when a different operator published the email they had (allegedly) received from EWX, and ALL the various articles circulating the web are rooted in that one leak. There is NO "official" word on this outside of gambling forums, so it's more a "balance of probabilities" that it is a federal seizure, rather than a certainty.

EWX may have been taken down, but the way they treated players has gone on to other operations that have suffered GENUINE technical problems. The obvious lying by EWX to it's PLAYER customers has DESTROYED any credibility that an explanation of "technical problems" now has, and operators use it at their peril.

Rushmore suffered because their problem lasted WEEKS, and was also at the same time as EWX was taken down. This made it look like the most likely problem with Rushmore was a sudden loss of access to their funds, rather than a FIXABLE technical issue with hardware or software, which do NOT take "weeks" to solve.

So long as Rushmore can get the backlog dealt with FAST, they should escape more serious cinsequences (such as players bailing out). However, if it is later revealed that Rushmore lied about the problem, and only got away with it by being incredibly lucky, they will not be trusted if there are further long term "technical problems".

I'm not sure that story is accurate. I just don't see how or why the US Gov't would (or even be able to) keep this under wraps. It would be by far in their best interest to publicize the case as a deterrent to every other company. Any time a processor has been shut down, the US gov't has been very glib (and, may I add, giddy) about it.

It could be Ewallet is hiding behind this "rumor" as they have mismanaged/stolen/had embezzled the funds.
