I agree with this statement. It took a ridiculous amount of time for me to get paid, but I was finally done so this past week via quicktender (
aka usemywallet). If you are still waiting on a wire, I would HIGHLY recommend that you politely but strongly insist that they change your payment method to
QT or another wallet and get your funds that way. You'll likely pay a fee to withdrawal from a wallet, but at least you'll get most of your money.
I am a presidential vip player at rushmore and spoke with the vip manager at length yesterday about these issues. I stressed the importance of being transparent with players about issues. He agreed completely with me and seemed to point back to the management providing "unclear" answers that were passed on to players inquiring about their funds. The vip manager informed me that they are still struggling with their credit card processor (which is evidenced by their significantly lower success at processing credit cards and much lower limits of $400 vs. $1000 before the fiasco) and wire processors, but are having virtually no issues with their ewallets.
At the end of the call, I requested a gesture of goodwill to keep me as a customer. I received an appropriate gesture, played with it for a good while, and requested a cashout via
QT. If my funds go into my
QT account this coming week, I will likely consider them for future play, but if these funds get delayed for some other BS reason, then this will be the end of my relationship with Rushmore.
