I go do that at the library, wait the next day and confirm they arrived. I get a response that now they need a couple more things, Proof of fulltime employement????, voided out check, and my ID is too blurry, oh okay thanks for telling me all this at once you idiots.... I go back to the library copy everything that they ask for, send them again, this time making 5 copies of my ID all different contrasts and sizes. I wait another day again and come back on and they tell me my ID is too blurry and that I should find a different way to get them my ID, and that I still need proof of fulltime eployement. What is the deal with this? Do they not realize they are going poor because of the fact that more and more are getting spot lighted for being non-paying scams? I mean really, this is the LAST time I deal with one of these shady ass places. No poker site is ever like this, I guess thats because they aren't based around games that are rigged...

This is way too much exposure for your information in my opinion whether the fax is too blurry or not. Back and forth communication is never good when dealing with doc's. Multiple sending of personal information isn't good, period.

Scanning, sending by email would probably be your best bet but since that's not really secure either it's your call but appears to be the best option available with this group.

Your post states that CW said " that I should find a different way to get them my ID, and that I still need proof of fulltime employment."
They only offer 2 ways that I'm aware of, email or fax and that's it.

I would look no further than the 2 options available unless they confirm acceptance of other secure methods of document sharing.

    Good luck..

    re:

Although I think Club World is a reliable and great casino, it wouldn't hurt the cashier to respond saying they received your docs and what else was needed. That was a thing I brought up in chat. I got a reply the next day from the cashier letting me know the docs are ok. You might try contacting them during weekdays from 5 AM-12 noon EST. They tend to answer if they are in. I can understand your frustration. For some reason, the one scanner I was using was creating blurry images. I switched scanners and it came out fine. Keep trying. You'll get there!

I joined up with ClubWorld only this year (mid-year I think?). Anyway, I had an issue with my documents not being received or coming out blurry. I was sending them via email attachment. I took another scan and saved them to my computer. I then got onto chat. The lovely CS person stayed with me until the email was received by her. She then checked the documents and sent them onto the cashier for me. She also asked the cashier to look into where the first email might have gone. Turns out I had made a small mistake in the email address and it was going to the wrong person (same organisation thank god!). So I suggest to you send the docs (email) to CS while they are in chat with you. That way they can open and check your docs for you.
