    Selective memory? No.
Old age taking it's toll? Maybe...

Please enlighten me by pointing me to a few threads where 100% genuine players have not been paid?
    Thanks.

With bogus reasoning. So theres the case.

    The reason he was "fraudulent":

As part of our policy we do not accept members who were suspended or
blocked from receiving bonuses at other Rival powered casinos.
Due to a technical issue your account showed that you have been flagged
in such a way, and therefore we chose to exercise our right to suspend a
player’s account, as stated in the Terms of Use.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however, since your deposit was
returned in full, we believe that your grievance has been settled.
    Best regards,
    Customer Support

Anyone besides the casino that thinks this is a valid reason to confiscate winnings?

I want to know how they HAVE ANY players and ANY that have been paid? Almost everyone has been suspended/banned/blocked from receiving bonuses at Rival once you have won

An ideal life does not exist; but a happy one can be attained.

That is a rogue term because you can get bonus banned at Rival simply for winning a little bit, NOTHING to do with fraud, or even advantage play, just LUCK.

If they accepted the deposit & bets, and no terms were broken, they should pay, and THEN ban the player (this is one of the rules for accreditation).

Players are NEVER TOLD they have a Rival bonus ban, it is a system that Rival want kept secret, and all a player sees is a lobby bereft of promotions.

If they DO see promotions, it means they have NOT been bonus banned by Rival.

The Rival CEO needs to weed out these rogue operators that are further damaging the credibility of Rival. Best bet is wait till they go bust, and then approach Rival for payment (we have the CEO's word on this, don't we).
