I agree....Yes, I got this too when I signed up a while back...I picked up the phone while I was online and called them...simple...all done...continue forward! Need to choose your battles as the miester says...for the "big one"...not for a little aggravation that could have been taken care of in 2 minutes..

Surely the casino could also attempt to contact the OP by phone as with numerous others for verification unless the contact number isnt working.

seems all rushmore casinos do that ....when i got the popup told them to call me and they called in like 2 seconds...after verifying the info i begged the person to please put me at the top of the list for a random...hasnt worked though

Do you mean to tell me you are not allowed to make private calls on your work phone? Then you ought to get a private number. Why make your life more complicated than it needs to be?

I am allowed to make private calls, however I am not sure that it would be appreciated if I used it to call a private call to a casino overseas!
I dont get it thoughm if all your docs are in order and u have sent verification form, why do they need you to call them. What if you are mute ;-)

maybe they have a reason to doubt the OP so they want them to call they might have a caller id

I have called a few casino's at their request no big deal

After all this, today I got an email back that my account had been "deactivated by error" and that it "did not need to be verified." So they reactivated it. Anyway, thanks for your suggestions.
