Worried about 50 Stars Casino

Hi, I would be interested to learn about experiences from other members about playing on 50 Stars Casino. So far, my own experience is not very encouraging: I started with GBP 200 and got 100% welcome bonus, made the wagering requirements (measured with comp points) and asked for a withdrawal of GBP 1'300 on Aug. 23. Now it's already more than a week and the approval is still pending; I'm only getting the standard excuse that "it's still being reviewed by the management", but no concrete response ...

From what I've learned, the site belongs to the iGlobalMedia group, taken over from the former IOG group and - maybe - I made the mistake to play on 2 of their 5 gambling sites nearly simultaneously, winning on both. To be fair, they processed my withdrawal request on Swiss Casino in a decent fashion, though the promised payment has not yet arrived ("7 to 14 business days"). I'm certain that I met the posted wagering requirements (25 x) playing BJ fair and square and wonder why they hav not yet finaliced the approval process.

Thanks a lot for the great tip to contact chris_m. I did and not only did he reply right away, he also intervened successfully and within hours, the withdrawal was approved and the pay-out already arrived.

The explanation for the dealy was, that there was some miscommunication with the partner company handling the withdrawal requests. Based in the quick and efficient correction, I have to give the 50 Stars Casino management the benefit of the doubt.

I'm sure glad I jointed this site and appreciate the support to get this issue resolved. THANKS AGAIN!
