Good to hear problems have been sorted with you Mr Badger! I forgot the problem again after my holiday (shame on me). I used the internal system again, so I'll wait again to see if I get any response
Okay.. Update.. I was honestly not aware that any mail send through the internal mail system would get a reply in the internal mail system (I did not even know I had an inbox on my betcruise account) After my latest mail I got a response (this time also in my hotmail) and after checking I noticed I had a bunch of e-mails in my internal inbox.
This is one of them (from a month ago)
We would like to inform you that our Technical department reviewed your issue and informed us that your account is refunded with 17.86 Euros.
Please accept our deepest apologies for that and we regret that this happened.
The problem occurred due to connection problems between your application and our game server.
The Technical Department made some changes that this problem will not occur in the future.

Also that the synchronization errors are now fixed.
We were experiencing some technical difficulties with our e-mail server.
Everything is now up and running.
