Received an email from coolcat casino, I've requested my withdrawal on 7/11 and today the withdrawal dept. says they consider me an ADVANCED PLAYER therefore, I will not get my payment until possibly SEPTEMBER!!! Someone help me out here, I have no idea what an Advanced Player is. Also, can they delay my monies like that?? I think they are giving me alot of bs. Can not wait until this is finally done, so I can once and for all get rid of them off my computer just like the sister casinos. I just don't get it..

You are a redepositing player and they should be pulling out all the stops to ensure you are paid immediately. The term 'advanced player' makes no sense and it's only an excuse to delay payment so that you will reverse and lose all. Next time they will call someone else a 'retarded player' and the whole circus will repeat itself. One thing is certain. They wont pay anyone unless they believe they have a good chance of them redpositing even more. Then, of course they are likely to pay the small winners first. Your small win took only 15 days while your other win took 6 months.
