A few months ago I played at Mansion, I used a card with which they were happy to take money from, I sent them my documents and they let me withdraw a small profit. Fast forward a few months. They give me a £12 NON-DEPOSIT birthday "gift". I get lucky with it and want to withdraw the excess. They send me a note asking for me to send the back and front of my cards AGAIN, (like it wasn't annoying enough the first time they did it!). I tell them I don't have the card any more, as i lost it months ago, just after the last time I played there. The security team asked for a screenshot of my online banking, which I provided, albeit with bad grace. Now they are asking for a signed copy from an authorized bank official, stating my card number, the bank a/c it's linked to and when I lost it. Fuck that, it's obvious they just want to steal my money now. Shame on you, Mansion, you used to be so reliable. Keep my fucking money you dishonest bunch of crooks.

You certainly won't be getting any more.

A better conclusion might have been:

"Anyone have any suggestions about where I go from here? Anyone been in the same situation?"

Are you kidding me with this line of crap. You lost a credit card or bank card months ago, and did nothing about it yet.

Where did I say I did nothing? I of course phoned my bank, cancelled it and got a new card. Mansion "gave" me my "gift" as a non-deposit "bonus" three months later, and so I didn't need to register my new card there.

There is no need to call people names. Maybe they misread what your wrote, somehow the post is rather vague. We are only trying to help. Is there anyway to get a transcript of the lost card somehow.

I think that was uncalled for. You are judging a person that has written a couple of lines. You dont know him. We dont know him. We should also keep in mind that the person is probably upset / frustrated when he wrote this.

As other people said, this doesnt help your cause. When joining a forum like casinomeister, you want friends, not a bunch of members that hates your guts.

I dont know how much cash we are talking about here, but who knows, next time you could have an issue that involves a huge payout and end up in a similar situation with problems cashing out.

And no one will bother answering your post because you earlier called them idiots.


Anyways im not gonna judge you, I had a smallish 200$ issue myself with mansion and closed my account there. Everytime I see a Tottenham jersey I get pissed off.

From the few posts and my own experience at reputable mansion , it seems like they are stalling payouts when they see a chance.

Your right WonderingSpirit... I re-read this thread and realized my post was just a reaction without much thought. When I first read this thread I remember feeling like a father ready to back hand his son, hoping to teach him respect if he wanted me to really listen.
