I just PM to him. I didn't know him at all. He just sign up with casinomeister just recently. I have notice that his very first post. He sign up on July 2009. So the question in my mind why would he post something like that? He not a REP. Or maybe he is. I have not giving him any my info about this problem. How can he post something like that. When I saw that post, I freak out. I would like for that post to remove. Make it look like I'm the bad guy here. Far as I know that michlposch is InterTop REP.

Is it possible casinomeister remove that post for me?

Why? What difference does it make? People are "blacklisted" and un-blacklisted all the time. Not sure I see the extraordinary circumstances in this particular case. Please explain.

It is certainly a concern that your casino details seem to have been somehow cross referenced with this forum.

The cold reality will be that many of the reps here know who is who on these boards but I have never seen a members sensibilities disregarded so nonchalantly before.

Being on a 'blacklist' suggests that the casino believes the player has been guilty of some sort of fraud; it can be quite upsetting to be accused like that, in public, when you have no way of defending yourself.

I had that once on here as well (a long time ago!), a casino rep accused me of 'fraud' without me having posted any account details.
I never found out what on earth he was talking about; I suppose that it could be a case of mistaken identity, incorrect i.p. location or some other mistake, but I can only guess.

I can't answer that question Bluewater but it does appear that he had no concern for your privacy or embarrassment. I hope that he PMs you and get this sorted out.

Another reason I'm concern is that what if other Rep from other casino see this post and decided to copy and forward it to their risk or security dept and ban me from playing? That one of the reason why I want that post removed.

I really think it my credit card. I try to used one of my bank card and it went though. That might be the case. So I decided not to use that card and just use netspend. I thought I can save money using my card instead of netspend because of the fees. If my credit card is the case I can send my document to proved it my card. I guess they don't care.

This makes no sense to me:
    • you complained here that they had given no reason for their actions.
    • they came back and told you the reason.
    • they posted nothing of a personal or private nature, in particular nothing that would allow another casino to identify you and possibly take actions against you based on what was posted.
    • and now you want the reason removed because you don't want such a thing to be posted in public?

I say make up your mind: either you communicate privately and can therefor expect the information to be private or you go public and take your chances, which you did.

Unless I'm missing something it sounds like you got exactly what you originally asked for and now you don't like it so you want us to delete it. Sorry, but that's not how things work here.

    Dear ******,

    Thank you for your e-mail.

Please note management has made the decision to deactivate your account indefinitely. Thank you for your understanding.
    Thank you for choosing Intertops.com.

    Sincerely

    Jamal

That just don't make any sense to me. I ask for detail and not going to give it to me. I called two times and one of the rep told me they refunded the money back to me and closed my account. She couldn't give me any further detail so I have to wait till I hear from the risk dept I guess. Least I get the money back. Have anyone got this kind of problems before?

    Thanks
This just dont make any sense. Your account have been closed. Thank you for understanding.
A couple of questions comes into mind here.

    1.
    Thank you for understanding"
How can a casino expect a player to understand if they dont disclose the reason?

    2. Why did the player have to come in public to get the answer? Why didnt they put the blacklist part in the original mail?

    3.
And on the "blacklist" of the casinos, arent there a reason besides a blacklisted name name? Or does it only state "Blacklisted". If I was blacklisted I would like to know why im on the blacklist.
