Hi Kenneth
We have missed you at Red Flush since taking up the 25 credits from our Credit card offer. We would like to invite you to take up our amazing 100% match up to 100 credits first purchase offer.
So, make your deposit and receive your 100% match bonus within minutes.
Added to this we have great midweek promotions which you are also eligible to participate in and can find out more by visiting our promotions page.
Now, this was sent 4 days AFTER my withdrawal on 06/05. What kind of glitch is there at Red Flush that apparently, they generate a bonus then deny it because I had a cash out 4 days earlier? Why even send it? Here is the reply:
Hi there Ken,
Craig here from RedFlush casino,
I have had a look at the account for you and found out why the 100% match bonus was not allocated to the casino account as yet.
I do see that the $25.00 free was allocated and you made a 1st deposit, however as you already have had a withdrawal, we are unable to allocate the 100% sign up match bonus to the account.
Should you have not made a withdrawal the system would have allocated the 100% match accordingly.
Ken thank you for your understanding with regards to the above.

So OK. The problem isn't that I deposited it is because I made a withdrawal? So had I left the money in my active casino account, I would have been eligible for this bonus? I thought it was a DEPOSIT bonus, not a WITHDRAWAL bonus. Hey, I didn't ask for it, but when offered I DID dep[osit based on this offer. It isn't my fault it was offered FOUR days after my withdrawal. It either should never have been offered, or it should have been credited on the INITIAL deposit I made four days prior -OR- T&C should have been clear that withdrawing voided the offer. Don't send me something and then renig.
red Flush has arbitrary policies that they employ in their favor. This certainly seems like Rogue behavior to me. I did not make a big deal, but on top of everyting else, I am really wishing I had never deposited here.
More coded, arbitrary, unrealistic e-mails to come.......................

What is it you think I am leaving out?
I already said there were lots of e-mails, but did not feel the need to post them yet, but certainly WOULD upon request.
Cindy, I am tickled pink you have had a good experience, but that doesn't automatically mean anyone who has not had a good exprience is "leaving something out".
I have no issue with the wire transfer fee. Use My Wallet is $30.00.
The issue here Cindy, is alternating excuses, arbitrary policies, inattentive CS reps, and no straight answers. I'm kust not willing after almost 30 days to be content with
"...............you will be notified."
Again, I ask you what it is you think I am leaving out?

OK, I removed my account. You need to edit your response which still includes my account.
ok I have reread your post
your actual 1st withdraw was for $350 then you redeposited an made a withdraw of $100 bringing your total withdraw to $450 an this is what the casino is referring to as your pending withdrawel $450
they want to charge you for the withdraw of $350 but want you to reverse the withdraw of the $100 as if they was to charge you for the $100 it would actually make the withdraw $75 so they are saying no go
I am just yapping here some of us females do thatit makes no sense that they say $450 pending but are saying you have to reverse the $100
Can I asked what all they ask for you to send like id etc?
Thanks
Cindy![]()
Thank you Cindy. yes, you have the scenario now. Very unsettling and confusing.
I was asked and promptly sent a photocopy front/back of the creidt card. They said to mark out the 3 digit code on the back, and that they only needed the first/last set of numbers on the card.
I sent a photocopy of my drivers license
I sent my power bill.
They very promptly affirmed all checked out
I assure you what I have said is accurate, there are no issues with ID. They would not have continued to accept deposits if that were the case.
Shall I post more e-mails?
Note the date of this e-mail; already 19 days after my initial withdrawal. The response by Red Flush was to an e-mail from me clarifying why I had queried a third party billing site about a $20.00 payment I did not recognize.
I had made several deposits to red Flsuh which always showed up on my bank statement as "CALLO". I saw a charge from "livesupport365.net" which I did not recognize. I Googled the name and found a screen with which to query a merchant. I sent the transaction details stating I could not identofy this, but I had no idea WHICH merchant it was being sent to.
Red Flush apprently tried to call me on my company cell. I have already stated that full approval of my ID documents were accepted. On sign up, I transposed 2 digits in my cell phone (my home number was accurate).
One could hardly, 19 days AFTER the fact, claim that "your personal details were not accurate". The Terms and Conditions state 10 days from approval to wire transfer. By the time this incident occured, we are already at 19 days.
Still, I fail to see why questioning a deposit (which was easily, quickly and painlessly cleared up with an e-mail exchange) should be reason to delay withdrawal
I call bull shit. They were already 9 days over what there own terms dictate as a time frame. But at any rate, it is now the 29th. Still no definitve answer on my money.
Read below:
Hello Ken
Kim here from RedFlush.
Thank you again for your feedback it is much appreciated.
Please be advised that there was a slight delay in payment to you, due to the transactions you were querying that you did acknowledge on the 24th June 2009. In addition to this your original details were not correct and we are unable to pay out funds if the details we are given are not correct.
(horse shit. no one knew the phone number was off by two digits until the 24th when red Flush says they tried to call me. This is still 19 days after the withdrawal was approved anyway).
We do have strict security measures in place to prevent fraud to protect our valued players.
(I am no valued player at this operation. Hey, let me deposit 9 times and everything is cool, but if my cell number is incorrect but the REST of the supporting Documents I sent got approved, sue me)
We received an e-mail from you on the 24th June 2009 stating your correct phone number and acknowledging the transactions made. With this acknowledgement made and the details rectified, we were able to give the processor the go-ahead to process the funds.
OK OK OK WTF????????????? We are approaching 24 days. What in the world is all this mumbo jumbo about 12 hours, 5-7 days........
You will receive an e-mail from the RedFlush Banking team advising you that the withdrawal will be processed in 5 – 7 business days. Please be advised that there is a 12 hour pending period on the initial withdrawal before it goes for processing.
Thanking you for your patience and understanding in this regard.

(Sent to me by Red Flush, obviously amounts and account details deleted by me.
All I had was a wierd charge from livesupport365.net showing up in my bank accouont. I had deposited at other casinos during this time, and could NOT identify this and merely asked whatever merchant had it to ID themselves.
Not a big deal, and you can see if there really were any "serious" issues about my "personal details" (such as verified ID) red Flush would have disallowed further deposits due to possible fraud.
