I encourage the
OP, aolegf, to contact me directly if their communications with the casino are unsatisfactory. If this issue continues to play out on the message boards, instead of privately like PABs are supposed to, then I'll be forced to abandon the
PAB and leave the player to handle things on their own.
Since this in now a
PAB issue I would also encourage the casino people to contact me or the player directly instead of taking the issue to the message boards. They have my full assurance that the issue will be handled professionally and once things have been settled credit will be given to them here. Taking things to the boards like this muddies the waters and is in no one's best interests.
