    Non payment (Bingoworkz)

Here is something I think you all would like to be aware of.
I have been playing on Bingoworkz.com at their bingo and casino for quite some time. On April 20,09 My bank had a computer problem and all of e-wallet deposits where stopped. They used two different ways to try to get the money and the bank became alerted thinking it was fraud. I was not contacted till April 30, 09 that this had happened. In the mean time I kept playing and they kept taking my money all the way through May 4, 09. I happen to have won on the slots $15000.00 so I tried to withdraw $5,000.00 e-wallet would not take the money. So bingoworkz informed me that the win was voided and when I paid e-wallet $1350.00 they would reopen my account. But my money was gone. They won't answer my e-mails they block them. They also make up their rules as they go along.
    Thanks for reading,
    BJ

Here is the second Email I got on this.

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for letting me know. I am checking this out
The player had a chargeback and that's the reason for the account block.
Please wait with your reply as the CS manager, bingo manager and me are checking this out deeper and I'll send you soon a more detailed reply which you can use.

    Best Regards,

    Ron

The OP has already filed a PAB. If she does not wish to proceed, we will close the PAB, or else we will close this thread.

OP please respond - everyone else kindly hold their horses.

The ball is in the OP's court.

I must say though, this is a bit odd. She filed the PAB but did not give her full name ( wtf ). I emailed her for her full name .. no response. Then this thread appears.

I can understand if she's simply new to this and making mistakes but reading the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ would have helped her avoid all this confusion. As it is her PAB is dead in the water until I hear from her, and that best be soon.

Ok, let's start with you answering the email I sent (and now resent) you. I need your full and proper name before I can proceed with the PAB. And while you're at it please read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. You've done a handful of things wrong already with this and I'm none too keen on babysitting you while you continue doing so.

Thread closed pending the resolution of the PAB.
