    spin palace issue

    Hi everybody,
i am having a major problem with spin palace casino at the moment,
and i hope that someone can help me or at least give me a good advice.

last month i won more than 3000 bucks hitting a number on roulette,
afterwords i went to the cashier to withdraw my money,
which was no problem as usual.

after two weeks i still didn't get paid out.
back then, i still wasn't too worried, as i know that some casinos take lot of time until they send you your money.
so i thought it wouldn't be a big deal if i play again.

"knowing" that my money was on the way, i made a new deposit (which was no problem as well!)
and luckily i hit a number again,
about 3500€ for the second time
so i won more than 6000€ in less then three weeks.
of course i tried to withdraw my money again.
this has been like 10 days ago.

two days ago i logged in at spin palace too see what is going on with my money.
    my account was logged.
at least i could get in contact with the live chat to ask him what is going on with my account and espacially with my money.
the only thing the guy said was,
that they don't have to explain anything,
it's a manager's decission and if i have any doubts or questions i can take a look at their conditions.
i asked if at least my money was on the way,
but he said that follwing to their conditions the casino has the right to keep any winning and sent me a link.
that was all, he didn't reply to further questions.

so what can i do now?
i did nothing wrong! i was playing with my own deposits.
i didn't had a bonus and didn't even play with any strategies or something,
i just placed a bet of 100 on a number and had luck for two times.
    that's all.

i wrote this to let everyone know to take good care playing at spin palace because as you see they don't think it's necessary to let you know about how they make decissions.
and of course i would presuade it a lot,
if anyone has an idea how to get my money after all.

    thanks a lot in advance

If this is true, particularly if there wasn't a bonus involved then this is definately rogue behaviour. Even if a bonus was involved they could have dealt with you a lot better. I advise you to contact Spin Palaces rep on here and failing that then go down the P-A-B route. Something is really not right with this place, I haven't played at Palace group in about 6 months. They used to email me bonus offers and newsletters all the time and then for no reason they just stopped, I didn't take many of them up, I can't even remember the last time they even sent me a newsletter or anything?. That said in the past I have never had issues with payment or being accused of bonus abuse by this group and they have treated me fairly but with confiscating of winnings, the first thing that springs to mind when this happens is that there could be cashflow problems.

While I agree that the OP's post doesn't reflect well on the Palace Group (nor does the other ongoing thread)...to make the leap to cashflow problems is a bit over the top. There could be many other reasons for his difficulties, including (but not limited to) a simple error on the part of the casino, "suspected" fraud, a multiple account issue, and so on. The rep deserves at least a chance to respond to the issue before anyone makes any assumptions like that.

wj.horst....here is the link to the Palace Rep's profile. Click on send a PRIVATE message under contact info, and explain your case to him. If that fails to give any result, then use the PAB service that is provided here free of charge. Here's the link:

The problem is the REFUSAL to explain by the casino. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE under EU consumer law. It only causes bad feelings, and negative posts on the internet, which are often taken at face value.

Face value here is that a German player deposited, took no bonus, and was simply just lucky enough to win.

A player screwed out of such a large sum is going to be in a rage, and unlikely to take the moderate approach, even though this is likely to get a better result.

One thing is also missing from this story - the document request, this would almost certainly have been involved for such a large withdrawal, bonus or not.

There is nothing in the terms that dictate some game playing styles as "not allowed" when no bonus is involved.

If this is a mistake, simply shutting off the internal complaints process before it even got going is another way to ensure such issues go public. Support should have advised this player of the dispute resolution processes, such as eCogra, and Malta, that are available, not telling the player this makes them turn to the internet for help.
There is also the PAB process here, but unfortunately going public first seriously hinders the prospect of any progress, and Max is likely to refuse to deal with it, just as he as already done to another PABer who went public before the PAB could be dealt with.

Given the heated arguments we have had over various issues (including one on Spin Palace) over the last few weeks, no news is probably good news and they are working busily behind the scenes. Next time someone posts here, I hope to see that it has been resolved satisfactorily.

Without knowing if the OP ever PAB'd, I'm going out on a limb and suggesting that there was probably more to the OP's story than what was presented. First time poster...locked account...never bothered to come back to reply...

Instincts tell me something isn't quite right--and it's with the OP. Not the casino.

I am just guessing here but maybe the OP got paid shortly after his post and didn't feel obliged to tell anyone?

Always a possibility, Aussie. Would be nice if the OP would reply.
