    Angry club world casino complaint

    Hi everyone
    I am new here.
Has anyone had any problems with withdrawals in club world euro?
I have been a player there for almost a year. When I finally got lucky there they paid me less than 10% of my winnings, "removed" the rest and claimed that there are some "issues". They wouldn't tell me anything more than that. I just couldn't believe it...
I am sure that I fulfilled all their terms (otherwisw their system wouldn't allow a withdrawal).
Anyone else experienced the same thing? What to do??
    Brigitte

Yes, the first thing you need to do is read the forum rules - specifically how to post - or when to post complaints.

We have rules here - you need to follow them:
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/forum_rules.php

    2. Posting Complaints

2.1 - Complaints against casinos or pokerrooms will only be posted in the "Online Casino and Poker Complaints" forum.

2.2 - Do not post a complaint without notifying the appropriate casino representative by either PM or email. The casino representatives are listed here.

2.3 - Ensure your complaint is free from offensive or abusive language, and that the complaint is tactful and truthful. Making false claims are grounds for banishment or drawn and quartering.

2.4 - Please refer to the MUST READ section before posting your complaint here

2.5 - Casinomeister does not condone player fraud in any shape or form. If you knowingly commit fraud (creating bogus casino accounts, using fake IDs, committing Credit Card fraud, chargebacks, etc.) you will be permanently banned from the forum.

2.6 - Complaints can only be posted by Fully Registered members and above. Due to the high volume of bogus complaints made by newbie members, only Fully Registered members and above are given posting privileges in the Complaints' section. All registered members are permitted to "Pitch a Bitch" - but you have to be a Fully Registered member to post a public complaint.

Apparently when signing up you skipped that part.

I'm moving this to the complaint's forum - feel free to PAB - you need to read about that here:

If you played with a bonus and cleared all the playthrough the bonus amount they gave you is now subtracted from your withdrawal, other issue might be if you won on games you should not of played with the bonus you took out, they will also remove those winnings. They will allow you to put in for you withdrawal its when they go to process it they will catch the issue.

    Hi pfurt

Maybe you broke the T&C's and maybe you did not but how could you know since according to you they offered no proper explanation for confiscating your winnings.
If that is true it is completely unacceptable and arrogant at best and rogue at worse.

Do not be put off making a proper complaint or putting in a PAB as the Meister suggests if your story is genuine.

Casinomeister may seem a little blunt and indifferent to your plight by his response but He is used to having His time wasted by fraudulent claims (hence the new forum rules).
You will be treated fairly and get a good hearing noob or not as long as you follow these rules.

The OP was similarly vague about the circumstances. If the OP wants our help in trying to figure out what happened, then more detail is needed.

For example, what promotion was used?

How much was deposited, and how much requested as a withdrawal. What games were played, and IN WHAT MANNER.

This would probably be enough to determine whether this is a simple breach of the rules for a promotion, or even a simple misunderstanding.

If they paid 10%, this is rather odd. This looks like a simple case of a breach of promotional rules, so no need for CW to go coy and secretive about these "issues". If they suspected fraud, they would have paid NOTHING, LOCKED the account, and demanded to see documents proving the player's identity.

The OP can't post, but can still read.
As well as the PAB process, there are reps for Club World that can be contacted.

The PAB process itself is truly amazing. It cuts through all the crap, and gets to the root of the problem. If the casino has cocked up, they will get the proverbial flea in their ear from Max, but if the PLAYER has tried to "pull one over" on the casino, and then uses this forum to "blackmail" the casino, there will be a forum shaming of the miscreant, username in red, with either "Fraudulent Player" or "Bogus Complaint" next to it.
After the PAB, a clearer explanation will usually emerge as to the cause of the problems, and as much information as is safe will be shared (in order not to give too much away that might assist further fraud attempts).

While more PABs are likely because newbies cannot use the complaint section, it means the complaints in this section are now far more likely to be genuine, and worth the time and effort of attempting to help, or even just joining in the discussion.

I believe the new rules are a new registered person will not be able to respond in this thread. So maybe you can start up another thread in attic and answer some questions. How much did you deposit. Did you take a bonus. Was bonus for slots or card games. And what games did you play.

I would contact Tom tomorrow by phone and ask, better to hear it from the horses mouth, not that Toms a horse of course Tom should tell you why and the how comes and it may save Maxd a bit of time with a P.A.B, thats what gets me with these issues involving good casinos, they all have a toll free phone number, cept Inetbet(which responds prompt by email imo).

Club is a outstanding casino and im sure the issue is prolly what lauram stated in the above post, they are not the type of casino to just jipp a player out of winnings and not give a answer to why, imo..........laurie

I've given pfurt access to post in this thread. She's already PABd and I'm sure Max will handle this early this week.

    thanks and more details

Hi everyone and thanks so much! and thanks for letting me
    write here!

I stopped playing in club world because of the small hands but
last Tuesday I got the message from forums that club
world has now higher limits for blackjack. So on Wednesday I decided
    to join again.

I deposited 700 EUR with the code for "all games" that was on
their website WEDNESDAY40 and got 280 EUR bonus. The terms said
15 times deposit and bonus and blackjack count as half.

I played blackjack a lot until the playthrough came to 0 and I played a
little more after this but when my balance was 6030 I made a
withdrawal for all the balance 6030 EUR. Thursday I got an email
asking for documents and one hour and a half later another email of a withdrawal approved for only 637 EUR .
I came to the cashier and saw that the rest of my withdrawal
removed "play bonus removal". I came to chat to check what
happened and they said that there are "issues and problems
concerning your withdrawal". I asked for details and I got the answer
that " I really don't have details " and that the issues were
"fraud issues". They told me to email them so I did twice but got
no reply . I will now wait to see what will happen with my PAB and
    hope for the best.
