    Full Tilt legal action

I'm at this moment waiting for a cashout for 7 weeks since it was approved. ($6000) Al they do is email me with apologies and finally claim the money was transfered 2 weeks ago, but i still dont have it. And they wont give me the swift-code as a proof of the transfer, only apologies again that there working on it.

They promised Max they would give me the code withing 24 ours, this was alsmost 48 ours ago, and again i got an email with apologies and that there working on it.

Has anyone here ever taken legal action against full-tilt ? Maybey have a telephonenumber ? or information on how to best take legal action against full-tilt ?

    I live in the Netherlands.

WTF!!! You just posted your PAB less than two weeks ago. I'm working on it for you and here you are posting your nasties on the forums!

Have you read the PAB FAQ like I suggested? Just in case you forgot here's the link to that important section entitled
"Q: I have already, or would like to, post about my complaint on the message boards. Is that a good idea?"

So, now that you've finally read it ( ) what do you want to do? Duke it out on the boards here or let the PAB run it's course?

Your choice, but you can't have it both ways BECAUSE BY POSTING HERE YOU ARE MAKING MY EFFORTS ON THE PAB A WASTE OF TIME!

    I can relate........

I made the same mistake when I first joined. Out of ignorance I posted a complaint, submitted a PAB, then posted another complaint. In the beginning I cynically believed this forum (and every other gaming forum) only served its advertisers and my PAB was a longshot at best.

I now better understand the purpose (and clout) of this forum
I remember getting an email from the representative of the casino in my PAB case stating the "high priority" of my situation and I was paid within hours.

I can't imagine a member that visits here regularly making this newbie mistake.
