32red not consistent

I deposited $20 as the first deposit.i lost it.then i tried to deposit again,the bank said my credit reached maximum,i chat with c.s.namely paul,he said that 32red donot accept c.c. from my country.very strange as 32red took my $20?!i payed with entropay,cs asked me to pay with ewallet,i have deleted 32red from my file.
