    Club World/Club USA payouts

I have been paid out earlier this year by this casion. However, this week, after winning a little and doing a withdraw, I get two conflicting emails. One tells me to send a copy of front and back of my bank visa/debit card; the other telling me that the casino cannot pay out by bank ach or check and suggesting the use of ewallet. Ewallet charges a fee for this. I chatted with a casino rep and was told that they are switching processors for bank deposits but the casino is unable to tell me when that will be completed. In the meantime...I cannot get my winnings. I will not make a deposit to that casino until this is resolved but more importantly, it makes me wonder just how reputable the casino is when they list as one of their withdrawal methods bank check or wire transfer.

Yes they do need to update both their website and also their banking pages as this has been going on for a couple of months now and they have been asked to do this several times so as it won't be misleading to new players there and also to loyal players there as well but still they have not bothered to take the time to do this...

They are in fact a good reputable casino and are also listed here as being accredited, have them send you an invitation for a QT account and then you will be able to get your money to your bank within approximately one week of cashout time.

@phyl100: FYI, it is generally considered bad practice -- not to mention a waste of my time -- to have both a thread on the boards and a Pitch-A-Bitch going at the same time.

So you'll need to choose whether you want to pursue the issue yourself here, or let this thread sit a while as I work through the PAB process for you. You choice, let me know. Your PAB is on hold until I hear from you.
