I have requested to redeem my comps 3 times through the website and have sent two emails and have not recieved a response from them. They have not redeemed my comps as requested either!
What gives?

I myself submitted and redeemed my comps yesterday and they were in my account within an hour. Try again footdr, maybe the first didn't go through.
they are usually really good at responding to emails. I can't explain that. Did you try Manager@inetbet.com?
