    3Dice complaint: moved from Screenshots

    [Max says: this stuff was originally posted in the Screenshots forum. That's obviously a totally inappropriate use of that forum so I've hacked out the original OT post and follow-ups to it and moved them here to the Complaints forums. My apologies to those participants whose reply posts got yanked over here in the process: there was no 100% clean way to pull the crap out of the Screenshots thread ... so I did the best I could under the circumstances.]



    Now, why this sucks?

    1) because of this (the account was locked over a month ago, and 3D won't answer any emails since then)



    2) because even if I could use it, it is peanuts for high-roller like myself. I used to be Gold*** before Enzo locked my account, now it is Silver****, with Bronze status on its way

    Wow! Your promocodes come so close together! Like 3 days apart on the first two, and the third one only several days later. Is that because you were Gold status? Why don't you just click on live help in the casino? I'm sure someone will speak with you.

    But I did notice that you're able to play at 32Red, and I can't!

    Nope Enzo doesn't answer PMs. And casino staff do not answer emails...

    Yes, I'm in the U.S.

    Click on live help in the casino.. someone has to answer unless it's down for a short period.

    Oh... I guess it could be done, technically. But I am not sure I could take any more humiliation from them guys Not after I deposited over 50K and got kicked out in the middle of a game.

    cannot share on this forum (*snip*). Your last pm to
    me dates 17 aug, and was responded to immediately. Your last
    email to the support staff came together with a pm here on cm,
    and was also answered by me personally.

    When you pitched a bitch to get your deposits at 3Dice re-enabled,
    I explicitly told MaxD that our motivation was based on personal
    information. He agreed that this information would remain private
    and only be used to assess our decision in the matter.

    From a business point of view, we have absolutely no interest
    in disabling the deposits of a good player like yourself, and I think that
    the readers of this forum will realize that. In the aftermath of the pab
    we sent an offer through to max that includes re-enabling your deposits
    given very strict limits, but to date we received no response to that.

    Sorry... since you chose to post this, I am afraid I have to correct / clarify as follows:
    1) My "last PM" you refer to, the one that was indeed answered, was just to inform you that I am filing a PAB. Main reason for filing a PAB was that no emails or no previous PMs were answered. You/Support at 3Dice completely ignored my queries, so regretfully that left me with no options.

    2) My only (or call it "last") two emails to Support remained unanswered. All I got was return receipts generated by email program.

    3) I have no knowledge of any "offer" you refer to regarding potential deposits. I did keep getting promotional emails and useless "bonus" offers for a while, but guess you excluded me from those as well on some later date. My gold status dropped to bronze... sorry if you fail to see why seeing those screenshots I posted here made me unhappy... offering MATCH bonus... unable to take it because I supposedly "requested my deposits be disabled" when I did not!
