Ok, I've reopened this because we have some movement on the issue being discussed here.

First things first: the rep tells me that kakata's deposit has been returned "on the basis of his previous play history". She went on to add that she'd apologized to him and "I know it was not his intention to bet $20 per spin". Either way you slice it I think reparations have been made and kakata should be set, whether he wants to continue at Rushmore or not. I'll PM him with further details ASAP.

Secondly, there's the issue of others that have experienced the betting "glitch". The rep asks that each person who would like to pursue their case submit a Pitch-A-Bitch. In other words they want to handle them as individual cases. This seems fine to me so I'm recommending that that's the way we proceed with this.

What made them change their tune from 'It's absolutely not a glitch?' Just goes to show that they never took kakata's complaint seriously until other people chimed in with similar experiences.

Which basically means that either RTG lied to Rushmore, or Rushmore lied to us.

But, in the end, it looks like everything's worked out for everyone involved.

Great to hear that Kakata was reimbursed. As for me and my problem, it was too small to worry about and besides I have deleted all the pics I took of the spins.

I am glad that the issue has been brought to light and possible, hopefully, fixed.

Hi Max.
First of all thank you....you are great!!!and I really mean it.
I havent checked yet about my deposit cause I just got back home and I have to reinstall Rushmore casino and I will do it right now cause I feel the urge to play at 40dollars a spin this time......lol
Jade I didnt receive your e-mail....so I dont want you to think that I didnt want to answer you....I always "answer" sometimes not appropriately especially to a lady I shouldnt have used that harsh manner....I do love ladyes as you probably know by now.
But I do have very limited capabilities of undearsteanding when I do get some how attacked.
While I dont want to minimize your effort I want to say that I believe Maxd played the biggest role in this story.
He is a "great" diplomatic human .
As for reconciliation....no problem at all.
I forget and forgive easily....not 'always' but most of the time tho.
