I requested a withdrawal yesterday at 1:00pm eastern time, it is now 24 hours later and no pay?

I have read here and spoke to people privately that they get paid within hours through the same method as me.

I pmed iNet Promos and emailed their support hours ago, no reply.

I know the "off" switch is clicked for me :D, but why no pay such a little amount? $50

I pmed the promo people when there were on here looking at various topics, no reply.

Yes, I pmed Emily, but I don't know the time difference and when she works.

27 hours and still counting! I wonder what the excuse will be?

Also still no reply to my email about 4 hours ago. (or pms to promos & Emily)

The funny thing is, I deposited $100 and wasn't hitting like normal, I never hit there, but still try (never again after this), so I withdrew $50 because my money was just going down down down....so if you think about it, it's my money, not coming out of their pocket.

Maybe it's a withdrawal method problem? But I doubt that, because I withdrew from iNet a few days ago (same senerio) and after waiting more than 12 hours that I know of (I'm sure it was longer, but I went to bed) I did get paid.

Just had to thank you for actually proving you do know how to communicate in a way we can all understand. I wonder, were you just acting like an illiterate or is someone doing the typing for you as I suggested?? Either way, your clarity is appreciated by those of us who read your posts. Thanks again.

Who are you directing this at pacers?

I have to admit I don't understand your post.

Does it have to do with inet or a forum member?

On payments, inet has got to be one of the speediest normally within 24 hours and occasionally a little longer. We can live with that can't we?

The slots are very tight though. Cant remember whether it has 2 or 3 times where I took their Tuesday slots bonus but couldnt finish one-third of the wagering requirements before I went bust::mad:

I went to be around 11:00pm it wasn't there, woke up at 6:00am and it was there. All paid now.

No email, no pm, nothing to tell me what happened.

Chuchu, a lot of people here from CM told me they get paid within hours, not 24 hours, USA people. (that's why I was getting worried)

Justplay,

Actually, usually Inet pays around the 24 hour mark and not within hours as mentioned. I have only been paid on 1 or 2 occasions within 6 hours by Inet to the best of my memory.

As for telling you what happened I have given up hope on them. I sent them requests to on House rules for paigow poker and one other issue with RTG and that has been for more than 2 months. They didnt reply and when asked told me they were still unable to get a reply from RTG. I thought they paid RTG for the licence and such simple questions were easily answered.

Go figure!

What happened lookaway? You were doing so well with the diction. Did your typist get frustrated and quit on you? Oh well, thought there was hope for you, guess I was wrong.

imho i think its the time difference from the u.s to england, which is what 5-6 hours, i know that if i make a withdrawal in the evening here it will show up in my account sometimes at 3 in the morning which would be morning bizz. hours for them there, like right now im assuming its after 12 or 1 p.m there. i could be wrong as usuall:D........laurie

Inet always pays.

Anyone get a managers bonus for June yet?

Thats going to be all I play this week so I was looking forward to it, lol.

When I do decide to gamble again I think it will be with inet and maybe 1 other casino

@ cat - If it makes you feel any better, I don't recall ever receiving a manager's bonus at Inet. Then again I play mostly at CW because they have a flash casino and I can play at work. :p

@ Just Play - my last CW withdrawal was received in under 24 hours. I cashed out last night at Inet and will compare.

I just wanted to show you guys what great customer service they have

This is an actual email in reply to my last email to them (when the payment was NOT there)....notice they didn't address me by name and didn't sign it.

This is word for word EXACT.......

Prior to levelling your displeasure at us have you checked with QT as we have sent it to your account.

That was the email......what a classy casino

What a stupid email from Inet. It reminds me of my schooldays when someone was looking for a quarrel. Come on, the player wouldnt have bothered to complain if he had already received the money. I sort of think it was rather rude of the casino to suggest this.
