Seems like we've previously discussed Inet's matter-of-fact approach to customer service. Based on prior experiences I believe its because they are challenged in the ways of english niceties rather than outright rude.

What a stupid email from Inet. It reminds me of my schooldays when someone was looking for a quarrel. Come on, the player wouldnt have bothered to complain if he had already received the money. I sort of think it was rather rude of the casino to suggest this.

Guess Inet forgot my deposits last month, still no managers bonus.

I usually win with that small bonus because it is capped at 10x, lol.

Actually does anyone know what the criteria for awarding the manager's bonus is? Or is it just at their sole discretion?
