Exclamation Simon Says Casino payouts delayed.

    Hi all!
Made a small cashout from Simon Says Casino (Rival, Pantasia Group) to my Neteller on Monday.
I had it flushed so there was no reversal period.
Their website says they aim to process them in two business days and I had some small VIP level which they promoted with faster payouts.
Today I received this email when asking about my withdrawal status.
Knowing people have been paid in hours rather than days, makes me kinda worried.

    Dear xxx xxx,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We would like to inform you that your withdrawal should be finalized by sometime early next week.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

    Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Simon Says Customer Service
So, unless you who play there want to wait over a week for Neteller cashouts, wouldn't play there. Don't know if this is an issue with all Rival casinos again or just Pantasia Group.

OK, I thought all this mess with delayed payouts with all Rivals but Sloto'cash had been cleared up and everybody paid. Guess I was wrong.

I know first hand that Sloto'cash is paying because I made a WD on 5/1 and by 5/6 it was on my Wired Plastic card by way of QT.

It would be interesting to know how many Meister members are waiting on withdrawals and from when.

If a casino group is not accredited, will PAB help?

I am not trying to stir up S**t but I have had PM's from one who has been waiting for a month or better and unless the payment was today, is still waiting.

    Hi Everyone,

We are working on playing catchup after the delays a few weeks ago. There were a lot of delayed payments and now we are working on sending them all. Once we get over this hump our normal payment schedule will resume.

Ergopro please PM me your details so I can look into this for you.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

    Kendra

    Kendra,

Thanks for the post. But I have a question. Since you are still backlogged with payments, does that mean that new withdrawals will be processed after the old payments or are you processing new ones with the old ones? You will never get caught up if you hold the new ones to pay the old ones because they will just keep piling up.

You're saying you've got an outstanding PAB that you haven't heard anything back on? When was it filed? I have complete records of everything dating back to mid-December and I'm afraid I don't see any PABs filed by 'anniemac'.

As to 'not accredited, will PAB help?', we have a 'one free shot' rule with the PABs: your first PAB can be directed at pretty much anyone, except a Rogue casino which is usually a waste of time. Other than that it doesn't much matter. After your first PAB though we assume that you'll have seen that accredited casinos are the way to go and so your second and subsequent PABs will only be processed if the casino is on the accredited list.

PS. During my 'training' phase -- the time I came on board (early to mid December) and the time I got up to speed -- I was taking on pretty much any PAB that came along. Things are running with a bit more precision now so the 'one free shot' rule is back in practice.

Not me, Maxd. When all this mess started I didn't have a withdrawal pending and haven't deposited since.

I said I was getting PM's from a member here about the withdrawal that has still not been received since March. I think a PAB has been lodged.

My question to Kendra was that if they are backlogged and payments are being made to them, what happens to the new withdrawals. Do they get pushed back to pay the old ones or what? Then they will get backlogged etc.

    What a mess!!

Ah, good, thanks for the clarification. We're pretty much on top of the PABs these days so there shouldn't be any "filed one, never heard a thing" situations.

I can only speak for Simon Says but I know that most of the older withdrawals that were caught up in the delay are now processed. Of course there are still some that are outstanding but for the most part we are almost up to date. We do share the same processors as the other Bonne Chance casinos so I dont exactly know how many more withdrawals are pending.

Ive been told that all outstanding withdrawals will be finalized by next week and we should be caught up completely, although this is only what Ive been told. Being the Affiliate Manager I do not get to see all the information.

Anniemac, has your friend been in contact with me about her account?
