Casino Lucky Dog and DirectNetPay

Has anyone had any luck getting a hold of Casino Lucky Dog or DirectNetPay? I completed a bonus there and attempted to cash out $510 but only received a check for $145. They don't ever seem to respond to my emails and it has been almost a month.

Several players have mentioned similar issues contacting this group. I've found the most effective way to get a response is to put a manager's email on the CC list.

You should have given notice to them regarding the legal action.. Once you do that you be on safer side.
