Even though Kendra hasnt made any friends yet this does not mean that she is not respected here. In fact, she does contribute much to this forum through addressing players' concerns.

The more amusing part is that over the past 2 weeks many players have gotten paid through different payment methods. That should have meant that the processors were working fine but then there are many players still to be paid. So what exactly is the problem with Rival. Processors that differentiate players and decide who to pay first?

I didn't really mean that to be rude, maybe came off wrong - was meant as a bit of humor at end of a bitchy (I admit that) post.

Not going to "make friends" with the half-answers I've been getting from her. Publicly, there are posts that folks will be paid and soon, and she does genuinely seem to care about problems. But, in PMs it's more of the same - "I'll check today and let you know" followed by no answer, till I PM again a day later. Then the "we don't know when" stuff, it upsets me.

I really don't see why they can't figure out how to do this. If they can't get the ACH done, they should have changed to mailing a check (not now, but weeks and weeks ago when they first knew of the problem) or to Western Union or MoneyGram. Last year, I had a 1500 withdrawal from Grand Hotel, and they emailed me a week later that there was a "processor problem" so did I mind a check? I said, please send it by check, and two days later I got a check in the mail, cashed it and was happy.

Really, not so much Kendra but SSC is NOT going to "make friends" when they treat people like this. Promising "you'll be one of the first" and then a week or more later "I don't know when" even though some have been paid - it upsets me.

I do apologize for any perceived rudeness though, I'm just so darned angry over this I could spit. But if I spit, my wife will yell at me so I bitched instead.

SS was over for me months ago. The person at live chat was so damn stupid and inflexible that I felt disgusted and closed my account right away. At that time I was sure that Kendra would have it solved for me but I was sick and tired of Pming the reps to get something done. The fact is the Rival casinos only have the layer of managers who do a fine job and then the rest is crap. Recently, I discovered a number of technical errors on the slots but never got a decent reply as to why they occurred and how they could be rectified. It seems there is still a long way to go before the software can be compared favorably with the leaders in this field.

    Hi Everyone,

As you have seen through the private messages that I have sent to MaddMatt (not that it matters but they probably should have remained private), ACH payments are now being processed. There was a problem with Processing payments but this has now been fixed and all payments will be going out this week if they havent already. For ACH, once payments leave our hands and go to the Processing Dept, there is nothing else we can do to make sure they make it to the player any faster.

Just a reminder that I am only the Affiliate Manager. I do my best to try and get the information requested of me but I am not privy to a lot of what happens behind the scenes.

As I said before, if anyone else is having any issues please PM me with your username and I will look into it for you. MaddMatt, I have sent another email requesting additional information on your withdrawal. I asked for specifics so hopefully thats what they give me. I am not holding any information back from you but I can only tell you what they tell me.

    Kind Regards,
    Kendra

The latest word that I've heard on this is that all overdue payments have been or will be processed within the week.

Matt, I can understand your frustration but you should take into account that delays (usually) aren't personal and everyone wants to get their cash "first".

I suggest we give Kendra and the Simon gang the benefit of the doubt and see what this week yields. If things are looking good by week's end, great! If not then ... well, let's wait and see.

I don't remember who asked, but yes, I finally got paid from Simon Says. My cashout was March 8th, and I got paid last Friday via ACH. But, I was told that Simon Says wasn't having any technical issues, it was the withdrawals from P8, Mayan and Superior that I wouldn't be seeing for awhile. It still took
Simon Says almost 6 weeks. So anyway, we will be paid. I know, just tired of waiting for it.

That's just as bad as the delay, IMO. Not telling people about it in the first place - just letting you think that it's fine, and will be the 10-15 business days (which, when I asked and was told 10-15, was on March 26th & 27th, they already knew they had a problem & should have been more straightforward about it!)

Kendra is looking into the fact that I have been waiting since March 14 for my withdrawal. To make matters worse, I believe my bank will charge me 35 bucks for an Int'l ACH. That is why I won't join one of the e-wallets. By the time everyone gets their piece of the pie, there is none left for me! Unless you get a huge win, it is hardly worth the effort. After much trepidation, I have decided that my online slot obsession has got to end. I will go to the land casinos, and when this country gets it's act together and gets rid of the Illegal Gambling Law I will be the first one back in line. It still makes me very angry and sad. When I lived in Los Angeles in the 60's we always called it a police state. Well this country is becoming a police country. Whatever happened to "Power to the People."

Are you sure that charge isn't for an international wire? I've never been charged for any ACH transfer, no matter where it originates...

Finally, I got my withdrawal today. No notice from SSC, but bank shows the credit ACH'd on 04/30.
