    Playersonly.com Will Rip You OFF

    This is the worst casino I have ever played at deposited 2000.00 since the first and have been ripped off 1000.00 and have been told 24-48hrs since the 13th. The first incident happend on the 13th had a balance of 300.00 in my casino account lost connection and for a day kept getting message Account allready logged in wait 10min. Was told dont worry money will be there when you get back in. A day later finally able to get in and poof money gone and money not in the sportsbook account. On the 16th was told play history showed it was there and they needed to send it to RTG. And it would be taken care of the next day. So Stupid me deposits again. On the 17th playing and have 340.00 in casino and 300.00 in sports book. Hit the bonus on Green Light and froze couldnt pick my car. Logged out and in several times nothing. Had to wait till next day. Woke up the next morning and cant log in told my account was deactivated. Finally on the 19th able to get in. Available balance is 18+million and money gone from Casino and Sportsbook. Was told by someone there that logged into my account lol yes I see but you know you really dont have that much. Sent screen shots and all info when you ask to speak to someone in the casino dept that e-mails you. You are told that there is no way to reach them except through e-mail. All you are told is 24-48hrs been told that since the 13th and still being told that. SO WARNING TO ALL !!!!!!!

    Maybe they have been messing with the operator "screw the player" options the software offers, and have managed to screw up big time.

    Phynqster once revealed that in order to "tweak" the software they have to boot players off before they can make it effective on the casino. These "tweaks" allow them to alter paytables, set slot percentages, and change the number of decks used in the blackjack game.

    I have played several RTG casinos, have sometimes had connection issues, but have NEVER had this kind of corruption to my important data, such as pending balances, etc.
    This simply CANNOT JUST be down to RTG, THEY must have been doing something "special" to create this data corruption. Normally, casino software is supposed to be robust enough to PREVENT such VITAL data being messed with, even when rogue RTG casinos mess with player balances, it leaves an audit trail, usually seen as a "manager withdrawal" in the account history. ("manager withdrawal" = "confiscated winnings").

    I know that rogue RTG operators can "flush" this account history, which is bad enough, so it is perhaps not too far fetched to believe they can alter it too (flush it, & then repopulate it with their own "story").

    Right! They dont want to mess around with other RTG casinos or the software provider. BTW, is this the casino who accepted US players only and gave a free $30 chip to all. Seems to have the word 'rogue' written all over them. With no mediation available, it is too risky to play there. Sigh, so it's now only inetbet or club world casinos. Nothing against them but lamenting the lack of choices.

    Nah, of course they won't answer. I bet that's the only reason that RTG will actually PULL A LICENSE - for revealing "trade secrets."

    But, they'll allow their licensees to rob players blind in the meantime...

    Yeah i got a little suspicious to when two or three off these similar rtg sportbook casinos popped up at the same time with two off them offering the $30nd it was a gang thing i guess.

    No data or account history can be changed or flushed or tweaked.

    Every real money game is logged, as is every deposit and withdrawal, once a transaction or game play is implemented it is logged permanently. Even a request for a coupon is logged, whether it is successful or not, both requests are recorded.

    No financial transaction can in ANY WAY be altered or changed.

    Just out of curiosity, how do you know this? Is this documented somewhere? I don't mean to imply that I'm doubtful, just that something like this needs to be known if it's solid information. If it's not then ... we're just talking rumours, no?

    Thanks for coming in here Emily and replying to this thread.....I sure am glad that I didn't actually bet with anyone...LOL,, and thanks for the info regarding the aspect's of tweaking with the software as far as the data is concerned...

    Would you mind clearing up for all of us once and for all, whether or not the casino can alter paytables, set slot percentages, and change the number of decks used in the blackjack games like a land based casino can do ??
