Thumbs down Casino Las Vegas (Playtech) 42k of winnings confiscated!

    Hi everyone!

This is my first post on Casinomeister and I'm really sad it's not in "Winner Screenshots".
Anyway, here is my story: deposited total of 950 GBP at Casino Las Vegas and won around 42k (!). I was so happy, and then someone from their department (Chris) called me and congratulated with this great run. he said about 5k/week limit, but it didn't matter for me. I requested 2 withdrawals; first of about 900 GBP and another for 4k. Got email about deposits confirmation form, ID, etc. I sent all docs and they confirmed all fine. Just wait for your money. But after 5 days i sent another email asking about the status of my withdrawals. This is their reply:

    "Dear Andrew,

Thank you for choosing Casino Las Vegas. This is Jeremiah from the Support
Team and it is my pleasure to assist you.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, Andrew. We regret to
inform you that your withdrawal has been declined. In addition to this, all
winnings were cut or in other words void. The deposits you made were not also
charged to your card. This is as per our security department?s decision,
    Andrew.

Furthermore, please note that your account has now been closed by our system
and you wouldn?t be able to log in.

Your cooperation regarding this matter is highly appreciated, Andrew.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact
the Casino Las Vegas Team. We are available 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week.

    With Best Regards,

    Casino Las Vegas

Not to be a wise-ass or anything, but why not try and get a reason before going public with a complaint?

They probably can't afford to pay you (or never intended to do so in the first place). This is one of the several scam sites affiliated with ClubDice, Carnival Casino, EnterCasino, etc.

Do you think Partygaming doesn't have enough money?
    These casinos belong to PartyGaming.

    "...I got screwed"
Could you give us a bit more info?
Did you take a sign-up bonus on your initial deposit?
If you did take a bonus (at any time) please say which games (ALL of them) did you play thereafter?
Have you ever had an account with any of their 'sister' casinos?
(Swiss, Casino King , Entercasino, Carnival, Club Dice, Magic Box, 50 Stars or Party Casino)

This info might give a clue as to what happened, if they continue to remain silent.

Why the "stunt" then. More info is needed on what happened here.

If not fraud, then the casino needs to be taken to task on this one. 42K voided is not peanuts! I know of NO BONUS ABUSE method that can turn 950 into 42K.

I have tried Entercasino, but quit when they started phoning me to offer verbal deals, one of the indicators for "dodginess", and it being associated with an affiliate group that screwed affiliates, and a stable of highly questionable Playtech casinos.
I ONLY tried them because they were on GoneGambling, I would have avoided them otherwise. I never made a cash-out, so will never know if they would have paid. I STILL get "come back" offers, but no more phone calls.

Playtech really seem to have it in for UK players, and I noticed this complainant was from the UK. Many even have a special "FU Clause" exclusively for the UK, and I expect this is how this player got screwed.
Generally, UK players should avoid Playtech, except for those licenced here in the UK, or that belong to reputable groups and are accredited here.

Windows casino have very harsh terms for the UK, however, if beaten they DO PAY! (From experience, I actually made it to a cash-in from a 10% Neteller bonus that I discovered had to be wagered 25x D+B!!!!!! - it wasn't even cashable ) That has earned them a "Dear John" response, and they are consigned to my archive folder.

First of all, I'd like to thank you for your replies.

I made 3 deposits, for each one of them I was given a bonus (about 100gbp) with terrific WR (25x-35x bonus PLUS a deposit). First I played roulette, lost my first deposit and bonus. then made another 2 deposits, went on slots and had this great run. I completed my WR in full (made about 170k of wagering).
In the end I was playing on 20-50 lines slots with max bet =)

Hope this will help and thanks again.

http://www.casinolasvegas.com/englis...romotions.html - click on T&C up at the top.

Bets placed on all forms of Baccarat, Craps, Roulette (unless the bonus has been given by the Roulette Club), Sic Bo and Video Poker Double do not count towards the wagering requirement.

The Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the bonus is wagered on the above games, before the wagering on allowed games is completed fully.
It seems that you broke their T&C for the first deposit, but if you made subsequent deposits and didn't play any of the forbidden games during those sessions, then they have no right to steal your winnings. UNLESS they're doing something very lame - like rolling over WR from one bonus to the next; even if you -0- your account out before making another deposit.

I did lost my first deposit AND bonus on roulette. Then I made another two and moved to slots. Never played with them on restricted games.

Yes, but it is definitely possible that they're using the fact that you did play a restricted game (roulette) with your first D+B...but if you had $0 in your account before the subsequent deposits, then that shouldn't even be an issue. Unless they're making up the rules as they go....like trying to say that since you breached the T&C in the beginning, you wouldn't be eligible for any further bonuses, and if that was the fact, then you wouldn't be entitled to any winnings from it.
